“Brought my PS5 in because it kept shutting off from overheating. Art was extremely professional, honest, and helpful. He explained everything clearly, cleaned the fan, replaced the thermal lining, and made sure the system was running properly instead of recommending unnecessary repairs.
He even gave me $20 off, which I really appreciated. Great customer service and quality work. Highly recommend asking for Art if you need tech or console rep”
“I had the tip of my charger break off inside the charger port of my IPhone. I brought it in and less then 5 min they had it out. Charger works again only need a new charger cord.

“Dead PC, which getting power to the motherboard but the computer wouldn't power up. Asked to diagnose but not repair, as it was an old machine and a new computer would be less than repairs most likely. $60 fee.
They promised to call later that day or the next to tell me what they found initially. I had to call to check after not hearing back. They were ordering a new motherboard to test with. Good troubleshooting, but not what I asked, for a 12-year old machine.
I declined service, but will say they did seem to know what they were doing.”
“17 million stars to Clint, who was a knight in shining armor for me when I locked myself out of my apartment (by leaving my phone inside). No staff in my building were able to help, so I rushed to the only place I could think of with phones: AT&T. Clint helped me contact someone so I was able to get back in, and Clint even gave me a stack of post-its to write down the info. He was so nice, and I’ve never been happier as an AT&T customer than I was right then. Excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“I visited twice for the same issue. Unfortunately, Ray was not helpful during my first visit—his demeanor lacked professionalism and didn’t reflect good customer service. On my second visit, I was assisted by Daviente (hopefully I spelled his name correct), who was the complete opposite: pleasant, attentive, and engaging. He provided excellent customer service and resolved my issue efficiently. I appreciated his support.”

“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. Good luck to you and thank you for your EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It did not go unnoticed! “You need air. It it totally unfair and inhumane to have staff and customers in a store using fans you her in place to dry up water from a flood that happened last year. The staff is working hard and deserve better. It's disgusting that you would ask about the service she provided when the conditions of the store and temperature are the worst part of the experience. Fix your business up and quality and traffic will improve.”

“I’ve been here before but wanted to reaffirm my recommendation to this place. Had a broken charging port that had a broken off piece of the charging cord (who knew right!) and they fixed it in 15 minutes and for less than Apple would have charged. Last time they said not to bother as the repair cost would exceed the value. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get my money. I hope they stay in business and I recommend them for cracked screens and any other device repairs they are able to fix.”
