“I Went In To Have 1 Of My Old Phones Fixed, iPhone 11, The LCD Was Damaged. They Fixed It In Less Than 15 Minutes. I Also Got A New Otter Box Case, New Lighting Charger & Wall Block & New Headphones. I Also Was Able To Activate The Phone There With A T-Mobile PrePaid $50 Unlimited Plan. It Was Literally A 1 Stop Shop. I Highly Recommend. Great Service.”

“Dead PC, which getting power to the motherboard but the computer wouldn't power up. Asked to diagnose but not repair, as it was an old machine and a new computer would be less than repairs most likely. $60 fee.
They promised to call later that day or the next to tell me what they found initially. I had to call to check after not hearing back. They were ordering a new motherboard to test with. Good troubleshooting, but not what I asked, for a 12-year old machine.
I declined service, but will say they did seem to know what they were doing.”

“DMV Computerman Electronic Shop is phenomenal. The customer service was outstanding. I needed a new battery and motherboard for my computer, and they also replaced my keyboard without me even asking, which I am incredibly thankful for.
Due to the complexity of the repairs, they had my computer for longer than expected. Understanding my reliance on the computer for my business, they kindly provided me with a loaner computer. This thoughtful gesture really helped me continue my work without interruption.
However, the replacement of the motherboard resulted in the loss of VERY IMPORTANT FILES that were not backed up to my iCloud Drive, which I am devastated about because that was a month's worth of work. Additionally, I encountered an issue with placing files on my desktop after the repair.
My only suggestion for the shop is to ensure customers back up their files in front of the technicians, just in case there are any issues with their current backup processes.
Despite this setback, I still highly recommend DMV Computerman Electronic Shop for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.”
“I visited twice for the same issue. Unfortunately, Ray was not helpful during my first visit—his demeanor lacked professionalism and didn’t reflect good customer service. On my second visit, I was assisted by Daviente (hopefully I spelled his name correct), who was the complete opposite: pleasant, attentive, and engaging. He provided excellent customer service and resolved my issue efficiently. I appreciated his support.”

“I went there to replace the protective glass on my phone. Reasonable price. The staff are fast and knowledgeable. They have everything for phones. Watch battery replacement. They also sell sunglasses, jewelry, perfumes and oils. I’d use them again”
“The ONLY reason I gave this location 5 stars is because of the nice gentleman named Ian that helped me last evening (7/8/24). I was really frustrated once I came in and realized that it was only 1 person working and that was Ian. Once I was helped by Ian he gave me and my son tip top service!!! That man helped about 5 or 6 people this evening all by himself and never once showed any frustration, aggravation, irritation or was rude to anyone one of us. He was extremely pleasant and very apologetic to all of us every step of the way! Give Ian some help in that store! It’s ridiculous that a mobile store that makes that kind of revenue can’t pay employees enough to come to work. No employee should be left in a store alone, servicing multiple customers in a store that has visual damage of a recent robbery. AT&T management you should be ashamed to leave anyone in a store alone after such an incident. Ian, I wish you nothing but the best on your journey with AT&T or your next career move. Good luck to you and thank you for your EXCELLENT ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It did not go unnoticed! And to the management and overseers at this location if you think I’m lying I beg you to run the cameras.”

“You need air. It it totally unfair and inhumane to have staff and customers in a store using fans you her in place to dry up water from a flood that happened last year. The staff is working hard and deserve better. It's disgusting that you would ask about the service she provided when the conditions of the store and temperature are the worst part of the experience. “I’ve been here before but wanted to reaffirm my recommendation to this place. Had a broken charging port that had a broken off piece of the charging cord (who knew right!) and they fixed it in 15 minutes and for less than Apple would have charged. Last time they said not to bother as the repair cost would exceed the value. I appreciate that they didn’t try to get my money. I hope they stay in business and I recommend them for cracked screens and any other device repairs they are able to fix.”
