“I can’t say enough good things about this storage facility! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and top-tier customer service. Nichele, Tina, and Blendine made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free.
Nichele was super knowledgeable and helped me pick the perfect unit for my needs. Tina made sure I understood all the details of the rental agreement and answered every question with patience and kindness. And Blendine? She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—truly a breath of fresh air!”
“Jeff is excellent with customer service. He’s extremely professional and personable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who may need this service.”
“Let me tell you that the young lady at the front desk Briana was SO helpful. I had called several times trying to work out a moving situation and she helped me every time then when I actually got to the office she really made the process painless and helped me so well I decided to get a second unit. So what does that say about her customer service. Thank you Briana.”
“I needed to catchup my payment and get my lock replaced because I lost the key. The attendant on duty was very kind and patient and stayed late to take care of this for me. Being that it was the end of the day and she was already on the phone with another customer, I thought it was extremely exceptional how she maintained her composure took care of my payment and was still willing to stay late to replace my lock with the same kind demeanor she greeted me with when I first entered the office.”

“Johnson Moving and storage crew was very efficient and professional. I had to have my massage chair (200 lbs) to be moved upstairs to my office and moved my recliner downstairs to my living room. It took no more than 10 minutes to move both furniture. The crew leader and his helper took a couple of pictures off the stairwell wall so the wall and pictures wouldn't get damaged. After they finish moving, they took the time to put the pictures back on the wall as it was before. I highly recommend Johnson Moving and storage company located in Clinton Maryland. I called a few moving companies to see if they do internal moving since the furniture was too heavy to move. Many did not do that type of move. I'm grateful that Johnson Moving company does internal move.”

“I had to remove my belongings out of my storage unit because I moved out of town. Blindy made sure that I was squared away and she helped me with the whole process. I’m super thankful for her.”
