“Ok, so first and foremost, I just want to say thanks again to the team for helping me on Saturday and also for apologizing and correcting any issues. I won a bid on Saturday for a 2004 Volkswagen SUV, and the car didn't start at first; it had to be jumped, and upon leaving, I knew that I would not be able to drive it back home, so I was advised to go back to the lot and was able to pick a different car. It's been driving smoothly since Saturday, and I passed inspection today as well, so now I'm good to go on getting the car registered for 2 years. I am in love with my purchase, and I would most definitely come here again because, although the first car wasn't good, they acknowledged, apologized, and corrected their mistake, and I couldn't be happier. Me and my baby now have a reliable car I'm so grateful! I was also told to call in a week or 2 to give an update on how everything is going with the car and I can't wait to spread the good news!”
