“I had a great experience with Radial Tire. I called on a Thursday to see if they had the four specific tires I wanted, and they confirmed they were available. By Friday morning, I was there getting them installed. What I appreciated even more was that during the installation, the team noticed something from a recent repair I’d had done elsewhere that wasn’t quite right and needed to be adjusted. They took the time to point it out, which allowed me to go directly back to the repair shop and have it corrected that same day. Great customer service from start to finish. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the fact that they looked out for me beyond simply installing four new tires. I’ll definitely be back!”

“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email. Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing. How is THAT for service? We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

“I’ve been burned by repair shops before, so I walked into First Choice Collision nervous and braced for the worst. Instead, I got the opposite. They took excellent care of my car, and when I mentioned a separate problem with another vehicle, William, the manager, actually reviewed the video findings and offered to help without hesitation. On top of that, I was dealing with a bad car I’d bought from a dealer and had no idea what to do. William showed genuine care — he even prayed for me, and somehow I felt completely at ease. The whole team is wonderful. I’d recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll definitely be going back.” The “genuine care” line now sits right before the prayer, so it reads as the reason the prayer mattered — not just a religious moment.”

“I am always happy to post about businesses in our community that go above and beyond. This review is long overdue! Dubon Auto has been servicing my now 12 year old car for the last few years. I have always been impressed by their customer service, expertise, and excellence in the parts they use. Just last week I had my high-mileage car serviced, including a major parts replacement. It has not driven this well since I purchased it nearly 10 years ago and others have noticed. Thank you, Dubon Auto, for consistently delivering excellence in service!”

“I brought my car here a few months ago for repairs and was beyond satisfied with the repairs. I liked that they kept me updated and dealt with my insurance directly instead of me playing monkey in the middle. Unfortunately, I was recently in an accident. Without hesitation, I knew that I would choose this shop to handle the repairs again. The staff always seem to go above and beyond for their customers compared to other typical repair shops I have been to. I don't know much about cars so I also appreciated the fact that they took the time to explain everything to me so I could also understand what was going on as well. I got my car back yesterday & I am once again extremely satisfied with the high quality work they did and for their customer service :) Special thanks to Jose for personally handling my car repairs and making sure everything was taken care of!”

“I brought my 2002 Toyota Tundra 4x4 in for an oil change, state inspection and an overall assessment. Having just moved to MD, Gary took me through the nuances of the inspection process, and communicated his assessment quickly and effectively. When I dropped off the truck, I made it clear that I was open to whatever work was required on the vehicle—a risky proposition given my experience at other shops, but I wanted to get everything buttoned up in one go. Gary and I discussed adding two services, an alignment and a door handle replacement (I figured I needed these) and that was it. Nothing more. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest, great work, at a very fair price. I also have a 2021 BMW going out of warranty this year. I’ll be taking it, along with the truck, to Allbrand for all maintenance and repairs going forward.”
