“My wife & I have been going to this shop for over 10 years. We first went there years ago when heritage honda "recommended" all this work. At the recommendation of a co-worker of my wife's, we went to this shop to get a second opinion & they scoffed at what the dealership wanted us to do. They showed us what our car parts looked like & what something that needs to be replaced looks like. Since then, we go there for everything & trust them implicitly. We live in Harford Co & take our cars here for EVERYTHING. It helps my wife's company is nearby & sometimes has to go in for work. Tracy who runs the office portion of the shop is an angel, a god send. Chris the mechanic is the best mechanic you'll ever find. So are the other mechanics there. Do not go anywhere else! This is the best auto shop anywhere.”

“My appointment was scheduled in advance so that a loaner would be available. I was informed of anything additional that was recommended to be done, and asked if I'd like to have it completed. When it was time to pick up my vehicle , I did not have to wait because the service center opens at 7:30am which is extremely convenient.”
“This is a great shop to take your vehicle to for repairs/ maintenance.
Very honest and straightforward.
I took my car in for the first time (Nov 2023) because my muffler became detached, they fixed it right up.
AC went out(July 2024), they were able to figure out the problem quickly and made repairs.
I'll be going back for steering diagnose and oil change very soon.
This is now my go to shop.”

“I had a fantastic experience at Don Whites. My husband and I had been searching for a new vehicle at several dealers and finally decided on a grand Cherokee overland. We searched all over for the exact Jeep and Don Whites had it. The dealership is a bit of a hike from our house but we happened to be in the area so we swung by. Trevor was our salesperson and he was fantastic! We were trading two vehicles and only had 1 with us, so we had to come back with both vehicles. We had an appointment with Trevor but after so much back and forth with other dealers I truly wasn't in the mood for games. My husband told Trevor jokingly that I said he has 1 hour to get a deal done. I was tired, so I wasn't really joking. When we went back to the dealer Trevor was ready to make a deal and in the end the deal was done in 50 minutes. They were fair with their offer, friendly, and overall quick! Buying a vehicle is never a quick process, so considering, they were fast! After a hellish shopping experience with other dealerships, I could not be happier with my experience at Don Whites and will 10/10 recommend Don Whites and Trevor!”

“Acura care is a real thing. 08/31/2024 my wife and I were on a day trip with our 2015 TLX that would involve 150 miles driving and tires were under inflated. No gas station air was working and we pulled into Acura dealer. They took care of inflation problem and had us back on the road in 15 minutes. No charge and no questions as to whether we purchased car there. I have had 4 Acura cars 2 of which were purchased at Hunt Valley Acura when I lived closer to Hunt Valley when it was called Frankel Acura. Thanks again for help.”

Ron took me on two test drives of different model GMC trucks, explaining all of the options and benefits of each. While Ron and I discussed terms, my trade in was appraised quickly. I was presented with a very straight forward offer for the truck I was interested in. Ron was generous with both my trade in value and final price on the new truck. “First, I've purchased many vehicles from many different dealerships over the last 5 years; probably 20. This, without a doubt, was my most favorite experience. Baine Childress was the most communicative Salesman I have ever dealt with and made the experience, usually, a once in a lifetime experience for my wife. I'm talking luxury presentation, a truly bespoke experience. I have no doubt in my mind that I am more likely to purchase another vehicle from Hunt Valley as long a Baine is there. Now moving up the ladder, Kevin Quinn as the sales manager. To most people having very little to say about the sales manager would be a good thing, but in my case I can speak enough good things about the guy. At the end of the day, but the beginning of the month, treated me as if I was the most important customer that had walked in this year. It might seem like I'm embellishing here, but I have no reason to. I truly feel this was worth my time and I only take the time to write a review like this when the experience stood out so much that I want to ENCOURAGE other people to experience what I did. I'm confident you cannot be disappointed walking into Hunt Valley Audi.

“Do not service your vehicles at this dealership. They charged more than $500 for simple oil change for front rear differentials. Service manager is rude and mistreats minority customers. A detailed cost estimate was prepared showing overcharge of $344.99 on this job. Estimate and supporting references were sent to the dealership, however they did not reply. Complaint was filed to the MD attorney general's office, on this highway robbery. General manager contacted latter to inform me, they will not settle this issue with me and will deal with the attorney general's office on this complaint. Attorney general office was not abled to mediate on this issue, they reported, dealership has declined to cooperate with them.”
