“Took my car in for routine maintenance. Was able to drop off the night before the appointment and get a loaner. My service rep Scott Johnson was great; he called the next day to provide me a status on my vehicle and to let me know, some additional recommended services that was needed. He also followed up and let me know when the repairs where completed. I had very good service from this dealership and wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.”

“Leo's has been the most transparent, affordable and friendly auto shop I have ever gone to. I went to a couple different auto shops for quotes on a big repair. Another place quoted me for $3500 and Leo's quoted me for $2000. At another point I needed to replace my water pump and when I couldn't afford the price they helped me find the correct part online and showed me how to do it my self. If any place deserves your business, it is this one”
“UPDATE: I had initially written a bad review for Brooks-Huff In Towson off York Rd. for damaging the finish on my wheels when I came in for a balancing service. I was very disappointed and upset with my impression of this business. Tim rang me a call over my cellphone earlier and I had missed his call, he left me a nice voicemail stating that he is very sorry about this incident and that he had read the review. He ensured that he would take care of this issue and this is not an accurate representation on how their business operates.Tim explained that he will be gone for the week but to call back the following week to schedule something for them to take care of the issue. I am very appreciative for them owning up and offering to fix the damage they have done, especially because not a lot of businesses would do the same in our day and age. Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto Center in Towson is now a stand out to me and I am very pleased that they offered to fix the damage. My recommendation has changed and so has my outlook on this business just for offering to make things right. I advocate that you offer your trust and service needs to Brooks-Huff's Towson, they will take care of you. Thank you Tim, gained back a long-term customer. “These guys are wonderful. I showed up asking to borrow a jack because I live on the same busy street they’re located on, and I fear passing vehicles while using my cars standard slow working crank jack. They not only offered to let me borrow a floor jack, he replaced the valve stem for me for free. It had a metal stem cap that rusted on the valve stem. Stand up guys, very friendly staff, and extremely patient and understanding. Moving forward, ANY SERVICE I NEED, my business goes to them.

“As someone who is very skeptical of every auto shop, if you are in Towson, you should 100% go here. I brought my car in for a check engine light and coolant leak. My check engine light was for a purge valve obstruction, to which Tim said there was nothing there. He turned it off and said to monitor from there, and it hasn't come back on since. I appreciate this, as I have gone to other auto shops before for this same check engine light code, and they replaced my purge valve for unnecessary reasons. In regards to my coolant leak, it unfortunately involved a repair of the water pump, which is a very involved repair that this shop does not do. Regardless, Tim was very honest the whole time, and did not even charge me a diagnosis fee. I couldn't recommend this place enough - they saved me a lot of money and didn't do anything that wasn't necessary.”

“If you are reading this and you go here for work on your car after your tripping they ruined the electrical on my brand new car all I had was routine tune up I had no problems with the car before. Then they told me to get it towed there and the would fix it then tried to charge me another 300 dollars .. so that’s about 600 plus 300 in tows to fix something that had no problem before I can here , I have proof I was here twice even though the second time they refused to give me paperwork. And no the problem never got fixed. Had to go to another mechanic and they told me I got scammed”
