“Rick and his team have worked on 4 different cars of ours over the last 15 years. I have complete trust in the work they performed for me. While the onboard computer showed no issues, they researched Acura documentation and found a technical bulletin advising a software update may be required for my car. It worked!! The prior note was from earlier service. I was back with another issue, now….it’s an older car…and Denise, in the service department was exceptional! I happen to have an extended warranty and one of the costly items was in dispute. Because a still photo was not conclusive if a warranted service, Denise provided the extended warranty company with more than one video that showed the needed parts and service should be covered and coverage was granted, saving me quite a bit. Infiniti of Towson has always gone the extra mile for me when my car would not! ;)”
“The service manager of Nationwide Kia is top notch in every way. I was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and when I took my car in the check-in went very smoothly. I was greeted immediately by a service person and offered a Lyft back home. I choose to wait and they had me out in 90 minutes. They cleaned the interior of the car, washed the windows, and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. I was extremely satisfied with the 24k service for my Kia Sportage.”

“I recently took my 2015 Honda Odyssey to this shop for a major timing belt service, and I couldn't be happier. They replaced the timing belt, water pump, and tensioner using high-quality OEM parts (Aisin/Bando), which was very important to me. They also caught a destroyed front engine mount and replaced it while they had the engine open, saving me a ton in future labor costs.
Their pricing was incredibly fair—significantly lower than the dealership and other local shops. One of the best perks is the convenience; because they are attached to the station, you can drop your keys with the staff or pick up and pay until 9:00 PM, even though the main shop closes at 5:00 PM. Honest, transparent, and highly recommended for anyone needing serious engine work on Japanese vehicles.”

“Wonderful service. I drove in Tuesday morning without an appointment and told them of the problem I was having with oil pressure sensor lighting on dash. The next day they had diagnosed my problem and ordered parts and told me it was covered under a manufactured warranty. Wednesday morning they had it finished and called me and let me know it was all done without any charge. The service writer.Tracy Delgado treated me like a friend. She’s knowledgeable and kept me informed.
