“I ordered a new mattress and base for my sleigh bed only to find out that the base would not fit even if I tore the bed apart. I called for the manager in Towson Mr Gary who extremely helpful professional and accomodating to help me resolve this issue. He did everything to help to return the base as I could not use it with the bed that I have. I want to thank him so much for helping me to resolve this problem. I appreciate him so much.”

“Nice selection but my review is based off how helpful they are. A few days ago I went there and got some stuff. My son started to get really fussy because was very tried so I quickly was trying to get to the car and put him in his seat and I was in such a rush I didn’t realize I left some new clothes in the cart until I got home. I called the store asking if they had seen anything and they didn’t. A few days go by and they call saying they have the clothes for pick up. We go back to the store and tell them and they bring out a bag with all the stuff”
