“I've never liked the big stores. I grew up with True Value and Ace, where they have, not only the products I need, but someone to ask questions of. I went into Ace without the item I was trying to repair but came away with the fix. Two employees and another shopper were helping me to zero in on the right product. It's easy to find help in the store and they have plenty of options to choose from.”

“Int give low stars for 1 occasion..But have to let you know i went in today around noon, employees were in the back no one up front. I shopped around for what i needed and waited at the counter for 15 minutes, no one ever came upfront. I could hear their conversation , sounded like small talk . I yelled hello twice before I left my stuff on the counter and walked out! DO Better.”
“This is the best paint store I've ever been to, and I've been through a lot of remodels. The staff here are so patient and committed to helping customers. The Benjamin Moore company had an incorrect formula on their company website, so two different employees, on two days, spent a lot of time getting the color exactly right to match the paint chip card. The color is beautiful, but I'm most impressed with the customer service. Thank you.”
“I went to the Sherwin-Williams on Joppa Road in Towson and was helped by Jason. He was amazing and epitomizes what great customer service should be everywhere. He not only explained how to get rust of of some S-W paint I bought a few years ago, but he then got a strainer and did it for me. I asked several other questions and he offered spit on advice. I did make some purchases based on his sincere advice. I’m sure the other associates are also great, but as long as Jason is there I’m loyal to this store. Thank you!”
