“I will never shop anywhere else for paint again. I have painted five rooms with their Manor Hall paint. It goes on smoothly and is easy to clean. The staff is always so friendly and their paint isn't any more expensive than Lowes or Home Depot. If you want to support local businesses, this is a great place to start.”
“Yasy is amazing! She really knows the products and takes her time to explain the benefits of choosing the right one. The store is always clean and organized, and the team is great. Honestly, since this store got a new manager my husband and I haven’t gone to any other Sherwin. We hope it stays this way because this location is close to our home and super convenient.”
“This is the best paint store I've ever been to, and I've been through a lot of remodels. The staff here are so patient and committed to helping customers. The Benjamin Moore company had an incorrect formula on their company website, so two different employees, on two days, spent a lot of time getting the color exactly right to match the paint chip card. The color is beautiful, but I'm most impressed with the customer service. Thank you.”
“Int give low stars for 1 occasion..But have to let you know i went in today around noon, employees were in the back no one up front. I shopped around for what i needed and waited at the counter for 15 minutes, no one ever came upfront. I could hear their conversation , sounded like small talk . I yelled hello twice before I left my stuff on the counter and walked out! DO Better.”
“ms lady working there was lovely and soo helpful. had a bad experience at home depot with paint and came here. got the right color we wanted and she was so friendly! pls give her raise lol”
“I went to the Sherwin-Williams on Joppa Road in Towson and was helped by Jason. He was amazing and epitomizes what great customer service should be everywhere. He not only explained how to get rust of of some S-W paint I bought a few years ago, but he then got a strainer and did it for me. I asked several other questions and he offered spit on advice. I did make some purchases based on his sincere advice. I’m sure the other associates are also great, but as long as Jason is there I’m loyal to this store. Thank you!”
“Staff very extremely helpful. Visited store 3 times in 2 days. Were touching up walls after parts of walls were opened to access plumbing through out house. Paint matched prior colors which were 11 years old perfectly.”
“Krystal was absolutely fantastic! She took the time to understand my painting project and explained which type of paint would work best for my house. She was knowledgeable, patient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her recommendations gave me confidence that I was buying the right products. Great customer service like this is hard to find. Thanks, Krystal, for making my painting project so much easier—I truly appreciate your help!”
“Strike anywhere matches? Count me in. This place had them. I got them. Bringing it back to PA since their outlawed. I mean that's great. I love striking anywhere. RFK not so much but that's the neighborhood concern not mine cause im a strike anywhere guy. Boom.”
