“Incredibly friendly and actionable sales and work force. I was looking for an Heating Oil supplier as my previous supplier was bought up by one of the big companies. Do your homework as I truly believe this group is far better than my previous supplier who sold out!
Give them a call... you will be impressed!”

“We rely solely on propane for heat and our tank was running low. Despite the snow and poor road conditions, Great Valley delivered very quickly. Thanks Great Valley!”
“Fix your digital systems! The checkout process was extremely delayed due to the information systems not responding. This was not a normal surge situation, the employees had to step in and were very helpful. For a company based on timeliness and reservations, this was a pretty big mess. Other than that, Mrs. Roe was great as was Michael. VERY helpful and kind during this stressful process. Renting the truck was only half of the day's battle! Thank you, this would have been a 5 star review!”
“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”

“Over a month ago, I went there to treat myself for my birthday. I ordered a crabcake sandwich and 1 scoop of icecream. The team member who took my order was Meghan (I hope I have her name correct) helped me to pick out icecream that was not chocolate because I am allergic and they were out of vanilla. She and another team member read the ingredients and birthday cake was chocolate free. Meghan said that they take allergies very seriously. I have never had someone do that for me. Thank you Meghan for helping to make my birthday a great one. The day I went wasn't on my birthday it was during the days leading up because I celebrate for days!”
