As a college student (who has a crazy amount of stuff) having a service that was open late while I was in the middle of move out and so accommodating was amazing! Every worker I’ve spoken too or interacted with since having my locker has been kind and very understanding about any questions or concerns I had. They really make you feel safe and secure about having your items here! Huge shoutout to PJ and the gentlemen who helped me a month ago when I moved in! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The staff is nice and i never have a problem with getting in touch with someone. The facility is very nice & is always clean. I also love the way the gates work, with the app! My only complaint is the price increase. That is why I’m giving 4 stars. My rate increased way too much over the almost 3 years I’ve been renting the unit. it’s been the same unit the entire time, so I’m not sure why they chose to raise it over $50 a month. You would think since I’ve been giving my money for 3 years, they would give you a month for free or something. Not over charge you, but I Digress. I would recommend this facility definitely, just keep in mind they raise the price over time!”

“We had a great experience with a complicated move using Orly. We were downsizing from a place where we had lived for 30 years—we had Orly do much of the packing. Then we sent several rooms of furniture to our each of our kids (including one in Colorado) and put the remainder in storage for a few months, until our new lease started. Liz in the office handled the details efficiently and proactively. And the guys who moved the furniture were wonderful (from our house to 3 different places, including storage, and then from storage to our apartment). They treated our things like they owned them. They were extremely careful and efficient. We were very impressed and recommend Orly highly.”

“I really don’t give reviews, but I have to give one for this property. I have been at this property for two going on three years and so far everything is smooth. Didn’t have a problem. Customer service on the property is wonderful. Everyone is friendly. And take care of your issues right away. Drew is always nice love his personality I have never seen him in a bad mood always with a smile, I just met Sabrina this year, wonderful personality as well. She’s very knowledgeable about things and she shared them with you. Thanks , Drew and Sabrina for making my storing on your property. Wonderful.

“The staff and facility get 5 stars. I give the company 2 stars for its billing practices. Stacey is wonderful. She is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. However, my rent has increased by 400% over the last 7 years. Stacey has tried to help mitigate exorbitant price hikes where she can, but it has gone beyond my budget. I am moving my mother's furniture to another storage facility that guarantees a much lower rent for a year. Public Storage (and many corporate storage facilities) are great for short-term storage, but I do not recommend them for long-term use, as the month-to-month contract leaves one vulnerable to predatory rent hikes.”
