“Here's the deal with this store. If you need to print something go to the library as it is cheap . But if you need other services or to fax then I do recommend this place in spite of faxing being extremely high. But they did offer the option of sending the fax via email which was very reasonable. The thing that is so great about this place is the customer service and the employees willingness to help and direct you. Very friendly atmosphere, customer service oriented”

“I stopped into the store on a Tuesday on my lunch break to complete an Amazon return. I wasn’t aware of amazons new policy that customers had to pack their own items. I wasn’t pleasant as I was in a rush (absolutely no excuse) but the team stayed very professional and helped me pack the item and were amazing. “Walked in the door with an oversized package and pre-printed label. Was planning on purchasing packing tape to seal the box but one of the team members greeted me at the door, took the box, said they'd take care of sealing it and applying the label, then showed me how to print my receipt. I was in and out in 2 minutes tops and he was so kind! Customer service doesn't exist anymore, it was so nice to have such a pleasant experience.”
