“Here's the deal with this store. If you need to print something go to the library as it is cheap . But if you need other services or to fax then I do recommend this place in spite of faxing being extremely high. But they did offer the option of sending the fax via email which was very reasonable. The thing that is so great about this place is the customer service and the employees willingness to help and direct you. Very friendly atmosphere, customer service oriented”
“So, I’ve been here back to back days and dealt with Ms. Jarde. She took my call over the phone and was able to assist me with some questions even when I couldn’t give her specific answers. I came in and she got me rolling with getting some stuff mailed out in a timely fashion. No pressure. So I came in today with same thing (unintentional). I get that’s her job but she was friendly, gave me a couple of laughs and made the process that much easier. Some places lack customer service that can throw me off from doing business with them especially when I’ve been in the customer service business for over 20 years as well.
