“There was an extra $56.38 charge on my credit card and the tires kept going down every day and I reported it Lady said when they get another vehicle and they’ll swapped me out, but they never called me to swap me out. Mold on the back passenger seat lots of spills on the seat, then it was miscellaneous things under the seat , The speaker had a hole in it. The car was not cleaned out all the way, but it was OK. I had a funeral go to and then I just kept an extra days to go to Chemo.”

“It’s sad seeing so many people have bad experiences with this uhaul. I wanted to pick up a couch from Savers down the street and was able to get a 9 ft van in 20 minutes. Absolutely amazing how fast everything worked out. I did it all through my phone and it was easy. Only issue is I wish I could have dropped the van off at a closer location to where i dropped off my couch but overall good experience”

“I needed an extra large box to return a gift. I called with the dimensions I needed and a very friendly and helpful employee recommended the grande wardrobe and said they had at least four in stock. I drove to the store a couple hours later and was met at the door by an employee offering assistance. We confirmed that the grande wardrobe was my best option and then I checked out. He asked if I would like some help getting the box to my car and stowed it perfectly in my minivan. I was very pleased with the store and the employees. I will definitely shop for packing supplies there in the future.”

“A one-way trip from Baltimore with the U-Haul was a breeze in our 14 foot truck filled to the top. Handled well in city and on highway good gas mileage at five bucks a gallon. It was a good deal if it had been a diesel we would've been paying six dollars a gallon good company highly recommend.”
