“My experience with this rental car company was a seamless process from the moment that I made contact with the call center. While most car rental companies require a credit card when renting a car and/or subject the customer to an astronomical incidental hold amount, NextCar does not. Upon making contact with the call center, I was successful in securing a reservation with my debit card. Additionally, the customer service representative ensured that I was aware of aware of all requirements prior to arriving at the NextCar location to retrieve the vehicle. Notwithstanding the above, the daily rate was approximately $30 cheaper per day than compared to other companies (e.g. Enterprise, Budget, Avis. etc.) Given this experience, I am not dubious in that I will continue to utilize this company for future rentals. Lastly, the staff at the Liberty Road location were nothing short of kind, welcoming, and thorough. The locations' Manager, Ms. Ali is indelibly a wonderful representation of the NextCar company of which is unequivocally appreciated.In the event that any reader is skeptical as to the validity of this review, I am in no way associated with the NextCar company or its affiliates.”

Was a woman who has a storage facility, at that time had the only 10 foot truck in the area, unsure if she always has one or not and if that's all she ever has. “Hello with positive energies. My daughter and I rented a U Haul truck and our experience was overall great. With the initial call for the rental, there was tension that was unprofessional and once we arrived, the young lady gave little eye contact and not smiling. Her professionalism was with the process itself and not customer engagement. However, during the process, I managed to make her smile a little. Upon returning the truck, the next day, the gentleman who inspected the truck, greeted us, kept a smile on his face, very nice and professional. I do not see an area to give him a personal rating but he gets a 5 star. I believe his name is "Ken". My apologies if that's not the correct name, but I ask that a 5 star rating be given to the person working who inspected the rental truck for us Thank you and enjoy the positive energies in your day.”
“I experienced a small issue with a tire but it was eventually fixed and taken care of. He company and especially the manager DAVE was phenomenal about making things right and taking care of my after the problem with the tire. I cannot stress enough how delightful, personable and caring Dave was with my problem, experience and overall satisfaction. He took care of everything and is a huge reason, along with the company fixing what was wrong, why I will not only come back to U-Haul again but also recommend them. Thanks for everything from start to finish!”

“As a now former customer of Enterprise, I was pleasantly surprised to find out how much cheaper NextCar was to rent. Needed a car while mine was in the shop, and rented a very nice Hyundai Accent for $30/day. The checkout process was quick and painless, with all the forms being electronic. Will be back the next time I need a car rental!”

“My experience with Uhaul was excellent. I had some problems in the beginning on my end that was resolved and the day went smoothly. The truck was delivered to us on the lot, I downloaded the app to acknowledge some minor damage and we were on our way. At the end, I used the App to turn the truck in, and all was well. All of the representatives were great and my billing was concise. I would definitely recommend the Uhaul service.”

“Budget has been the only smooth part of our move. After u-haul did not have the van we reserved the day before our move, budget vans was there for the rescue. They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”
