“I found Sabrina, aka "Bri", the installation mechanic/technician, to be very accomodating, knowledgeable, capable, friendly, patient AND caring enough to listen to my reasons and preferences and specific concerns regarding the type and inrended functionality BEFORE & AFTER the installation. She was both affable and efficient in her manner - a real "hands-on" wrench turner, the type who's an asset to any professional team, especially for a Nationwide legacy outfit such as U-HAUL. Really everyone I dealt with was very personable and proficient. Bri was outstanding - after all the calls, arrival check-in procedures and banter - she delivered the goods, "service with a smile". “Try to come from the south. The entrance is very narrow. In order to unload or upload you need to call the central office. The parking lot is convenient and fast unloaded. You can stay overnight. Friendly staff works quickly.”
“Truck was dirty from last time used but other than that it was clean. A little over the top about parking at the facility. I received a call right after I picked up the vehicle and it was my wife’s car who dropped me off. Overall good experience the gentleman that checked me in and out was nice.”
“Budget has been the only smooth part of our move. After u-haul did not have the van we reserved the day before our move, budget vans was there for the rescue. They had the vehicle we requested at the time we requested, but even better was how kind and helpful the two women were that worked in the Baltimore shop. We dropped off the van in New York and were also impressed with how kind and professional the NY budget vans location was.”

“So I was on the bus going to a field trip for school and there was a Ryder driver that was next to us. I’m not sure who he was but he was awesome. When we were doing the honk gesture to semi trucks nobody was honking until he saw it and honked. Everyone on the bus was happy and exited. We are still taking about 1 months later. The driver was driving the truck with the license plate 2657946 and we were on the highway for like 20 minutes and when I looked down it was 10:50am. I’m not sure who it was or if anyone in charge will see this but if you do I would like you to thank him for min behalf of everyone on the bus. I’m only 14 but I know if I need help I’m calling Ryder first. This experience has made my day and I am for sure using Ryder later in life one day. The driver kindness is so awesome I can’t believe it. It’s hard to find people who are nice like that. Thank you so much and for anyone who reads this I would recommend Ryder. Thanks!”

“A one-way trip from Baltimore with the U-Haul was a breeze in our 14 foot truck filled to the top. Handled well in city and on highway good gas mileage at five bucks a gallon. It was a good deal if it had been a diesel we would've been paying six dollars a gallon good company highly recommend.”
