“Smooth process from start to finish. Each representative, whether on the phone or in person was helpful and had good customer service. The general manager even checked in while I was onsite to make sure I was taken care of.”
“I had a great experience with Avis/Budget Car Rental. The customer service was excellent, and Billy was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. He made the entire rental process easy and smooth. I really appreciate his outstanding service and would definitely recommend Avis/Budget. Thank you, Billy!”
“I always do my rentals from AVIS in ATL. This morning I had a great experience with a rep named Morning. She was super knowledgeable, took care of my needs, and had nothing but great communication.”

“This place is staffed with the nicest people. First they were willing to drop the van off in DC because the metro is closed near them. Then when my friend who has a wheelchair got sick last minute they were so understanding and kind. I would rent from them in the future!”
