“This was our first time at the Capitol Heights location and it was well worth the time. They have a nice selection of furniture, rugs, lamps, artwork etc. The customer service was excellent ! Jay and Team are super polite and professional, were not pushy nor hovered over us which allowed us to take our time to see all of the well put together show case. “My friend told me about this establishment and I decide to check it out for a new bed for my son. The father and son were so honest and very pleasant. First time there and purchased a nice queen size solid wood bed, mattress and box spring which included delivery and set up all for a very reasonable price. My son loves his bed!!!! Thank you Laurel furniture. I had been everywhere trying to find a nice sturdy bed. I'm going back for a living room set next. This will be my to go place for furniture.”
“Honestly I didn’t expect much when I entered, but the experience turned out better than I thought. The sofas were arranged neatly and lighting made everything look premium. I was comparing three models for almost an hour and no one pressured me. That made a big difference. I ordered a sectional sofa and they kept me updated during production. Delivery guys were polite but arrived slightly late in the evening. One cushion had uneven stitching and they replaced it after I sent photos. That response made me trust them more.”
“I purchased a dining set on installment, which the store processed without any complicated paperwork. That part was convenient. The showroom experience was decent, though a bit crowded on the weekend. Staff explained payment plans clearly and didn’t pressure me into upgrading. Delivery took five days and everything arrived in good condition. One chair had a slight wobble, but they fixed it during installation. I appreciate that they handled after-sales service properly even though I chose a budget-friendly option instead of premium items.”
“Beautiful Couch/Excellent Customer Service
I rarely post reviews however recently we purchased and received a beautiful couch from Cantoni. Along the way there was a snag with the order. The store manager Luca and our sales agent Will did everything possible to ensure that we received the couch as originally ordered within the timeframe needed. Their efforts were far reaching and as much as any customer can hope for when resolving an issue. Today we received on time the couch we originally ordered and it has exceeded our expectations.
