“I am very happy to review Minuteman Press located at 1020 19th St. NW, Lower LL50, Washinton D.C. 20036. I am the Board Secretary for a nonprofit in California, and we had an employee in DC that needed informational cards printed. I looked printers up in that area and after talking to a couple of places that couldn't help me, I called Minuteman Press and explained what we needed. Not only were they happy and willing to help me, but they were also able to get what we wanted/needed completed the next day!! “My experience was great’ Daniel and Ama, they literally went above and beyond for me. It was Saturday night the night before the snow storm they closed at 4pm, I literally arrived at 6:34pm and knocked on their locked door seen the gates down but I still had hope. Daniel came to the door and I explained to him that I had a package pick up he kindly asked me for my ID Knowing that they closed 2 hours ago he still went out his way to find my package I stood at the door he let me in once he found my package and let me sign for it. I truly appreciate it because I really needed it and especially before that snow storm hit. They did an awesome job this was the true epitome of excellent customer service because they didn’t have to let me in or retrieve my package. They were very polite, kind and friendly! The finished pieces matched my digital designs very closely, with sharp text, strong color, clean lines, and a polished, professional look. Even the smaller details in the Nutrition Facts panel and bilingual sections came out crisp and easy to read, which was especially important for this project. I was really impressed by how well the large poster preserved the layout and clarity of the original design. Overall, high-quality printing and a final product I’d gladly recommend.”

“Tabatha is a star employee at this store. I watched her multitask, greet customers while being extremely pleasant, help customers, and still manage the staff. She was a one woman machine who basically worked the entire store by herself, even though there was another employee nearby. She alone has earned all five of these stars.
However on 11/7 at about 10:15, I was “helped” by someone who clearly did not want to help me. He wouldn’t even stand up to scam my QR code to ship my items back to Amazon. I had a heavy object strapped to my back, it would have been nice if he would have been thoughtful enough to just stand up to scan my code instead of prompting me to reach. I even asked him if he could just stand to scan the code and he just continued sitting. I’m sure you have this on camera and can see for yourself. This is the service I usually get. ?”
“Taking off one star just because the UPS Store advertises itself as the notary store, but I couldn't find anywhere that posted the odd hours for the notary. It is not everyday. But the staff were friendly and gave me a suggestion on where I could go to get what I needed!”
“PostNet is great. It’s my go to place dropping off package returns because it’s so easy to pull up, run inside and drop things off when I’m driving by. There is almost always parking right outside their door. If your package is already addressed, they grab it and scan it in even as they work with others so I’ve never had a long wait (unlike at the FedEx by Whole Foods where I swear dropping off packages takes 30 minutes). If I’m driving by during rush hour when you can’t park on Rt. 1, I’ll pull into the laundromat parking lot a few doors down. Technically you’re not supposed to, but I’m always in and out so fast I know I’ll be back at my car in a flash. The owner and other workers at PostNet are also very friendly, and added bonus when interacting with local business that are longstanding community members.”
