“I was hesitant on renting from here due to reviews. Due to an unexpected car situation needed a rental in a hurry and the ladies here were pleasant and provided service I needed. There are of course things left to be desired, however I was happy with how my rental experience was conducted in my circumstances.”
“What does that song say? “Tell me something good…”! Well, I have nothing but great and amazing things to say about this particular location. As an uber driver I was worried whether they would 1) Have enough inventory and 2) Answer their phones to make sure my payment goes through each week. I have rented three vehicles, two electric and one gas, and the experience has been GREAT!
Roxan is a true gem AND diamond in a rough. She’s is extremely helpful, understanding, patient, and supportive of our driving careers. Her communication are very superior and is why I consistently stay with this location.
I have had experience with Hertz in the for Uber and it was the absolute worst. The communication was some booty and the fees outlandish. I also had a ad experience with an Avis years ago in another city and this is by far thee BEST location in DC/Baltimore area.
I don’t know who the owner is but please give Roxan a raise, a grocery gift card, or something! She’s the best part of my rental car experience there and she does her best to alleviate stress for us drivers.

“Lena provided a kind and professional demeanor during my visit when I inquired about renting a minivan for an out-of-state trip. She also assisted me with the mobile app and, although no minivans were available at the time, she mentioned that there was a possibility one might be returned before my departure.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there were still no minivans available, so I began the process of checking out an alternative vehicle. During that process, Lena came running over to let me know that a minivan had just been checked in and that I could switch to it.
Having the minivan made a tremendous difference for this trip. My wife passed away last July, and the purpose of the trip was to return family heirlooms to her family. The additional space and convenience of the van helped make this important and emotional journey possible.
