“Been coming to this Enterprise in particular for years now. Most recent was last week for Easter and as usual had great service. If theres ever a problem, they seem to always make it right somehow, whether as an upgrade or money off rental. I would recommend Enterprise to anyone, and are my preferred rental company.”
“My experience was like finding a rare gold coin amongst a collection of pennies, My vehicle was to be serviced at CaliberCollision ,Enterprise was able to provide me a vehicle on the day of having my vehicle ,even after I had previously declined a vehicle, but they were very patient and professional and the best was returning my rental to thier partnering company Caliber was also equally patient and carried 100% professionalism with service writers and technicians , all doing a wonderful job thank you very much ,- Timothy. “Enterprise rental has been my go-to for vehicle rentals for a while now but this was my first experience with this location. I have always been pleased with every aspect of the rental experience with Enterprise, and I am happy to report that the Silver Spring location is on point! The people are the best part- knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful! The cars have always been great too! I highly recommend Enterprise in general, and the Silver Spring location in particular for a spectacular rental experience!

He helped me with my rental and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. From the moment I spoke with him, he was very helpful, professional, and patient. “Lena provided a kind and professional demeanor during my visit when I inquired about renting a minivan for an out-of-state trip. She also assisted me with the mobile app and, although no minivans were available at the time, she mentioned that there was a possibility one might be returned before my departure.
When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there were still no minivans available, so I began the process of checking out an alternative vehicle. During that process, Lena came running over to let me know that a minivan had just been checked in and that I could switch to it.
Having the minivan made a tremendous difference for this trip. My wife passed away last July, and the purpose of the trip was to return family heirlooms to her family. The additional space and convenience of the van helped make this important and emotional journey possible.
Thanks to Lena’s persistence, dedication, and commitment to outstanding customer service, I was able to fulfill all the needs of the trip. I am truly grateful for her efforts and the positive impact she had on this experience.”

The person that worked with me was very patient and kind and understood my situation offered his condolences. The only complaint that I have is there sometimes the wait time is can be long. But all in all, I would highly recommend them and we’ll continue to use them.”
“This review is 100% for Trishana H., the wonderful and knowledgeable Avis site operator / agent that facilitated our rental this past weekend. In what can only be described as sub-par working conditions at that location, due to inoperable air conditioning in 90+ degree daily temperatures, she was an absolute pleasure and had a smile at all times. She explained things very well and took very good care of us. If I rent again from this location, it will be because of her. Please fix the air conditioning for your true company assets.”

“Best customer service experience I’ve ever had renting a car. Frankly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had period. Rahman went above and beyond on a holiday weekend to help me and my family switch to a larger car. We got a car at BWI (after waiting for 2.5 hours) on the 4th and it just didn’t have enough trunk space - everyone except for the driver was sitting with bags on their laps! I came into the Ellicot City branch on the 5th to see about switching, but bc of the holiday weekend inventory was really limited. Rahman gave me his direct line and promised that if I came back on Monday he’d have something bigger for me. Without fail, we showed up and were moved into a bigger car within 20 minutes of arriving (plus all paperwork). I saw one local come in and another call while I was there, and he was amazing with them too. Clearly a beloved guy and excellently office. Would absolutely rent from here again. This place redeemed my Budget rental experience. I’d give 10 stars if I could, and much of that has to do with the staff. THANK YOU RAHMAN!”
“Excellent customer service at this location! We originally had a car reservation at Enterprise but they tried giving us a different vehicle class than we had reserved. I called this Budget location and they were able to get me an upgraded SUV for a lower price than Enterprise and had it ready for pick up in two hours! We really appreciated their service and will be sure to use them for future rentals.”
“Trish was very pleasant, and patient with me. The rental process for me was super smooth and easy. I called the reservation line to check availability and prepay. I was also given the opportunity to check in over the phone, which made the process at the location quick. I was there maybe 5-10 mins. Prices are reasonable!

There are of course things left to be desired, however I was happy with how my rental experience was conducted in my circumstances.”
“Our rental experience started off with a road bump, but the local owner patiently listened to our appeal and gave us a partial refund to make up for our increased costs. Thank you. Next time we will talk to him directly at the Crafle Rock location rather than attempt to reserve a vehicle online.”
