“I have a fairly new IPhone Air. I was at a marina preparing my boat for sailing when one of the metal wires supporting the mast caught my phone clip and my phone fell into 8 feet of muddy water in the Chesapeake bay. It too 40 minutes to find it with an oyster rake. Pulled it out of the water and rinsed the mud off. It worked perfectly. The quality and engineering in these phones is amazing. I love apple .”

“I've had 2 experiences of great customer service here. One was for a computer problem and the other a cell phone issue. The service was excellent and prompt at a reasonable price--what more could you ask for? Friendly service--yes they deliver that too. I highly recommend, which is why I returned when I needed help with a second technology device.”

“What can I say about Best Buy? I knew what I was looking for. My wife and I went in. The sales associate handled it professionally and quickly, with no pressure, and answered the questions that we had”

“Small operation, but the staff is capable and the prices are reasonable. My laptop was ripping itself in half from the hinges when I brought it in, but after leaving it with them for a bit you'd never be able to tell there was something wrong with it.”

“Went here yesterday & talked to Melany. Highly recommended person for ANY questions. If she dosen't know the answer, she'll find the right person who has it. The item iwanted was out of stock but she still went out of her way to help me find my product. Great customer service, Excellent atmosphere. Once again, highly recommended.”

“The only reason I gave 4 Stars is when I walked to the desk and spoke to the one of the guys from Geek Squad that came to assist me he didn’t speak and went straight into “How may I help you”? So, I spoke again and he said the same thing. I work with the public every day and I teach the Importance of Good Customer Service to my staff. I’m just happy that another young man came out to help. He had exceptional customer service and he greeted my husband and I with a smile. Other than that, the Geek Squad did a great job. They also nailed riced that my warranty was about to expire and ordered the part I needed so that my phone would work properly.”
