“Reid is a fantastic consultant. He listened to my needs for improved sound in short-form shelving and worked diligently to source and recommend good alternatives and he reviewed photographs of my current set up and evaluated how to optimize my best equipment with good amplification that fit my needs and was user friendly. He then set up equipment for switching comparative sound on speakers comparable to mine and demonstrated the alternatives so I could hear differences, both material and nuanced. The entire journey and purchasing experience was so satisfying . He then called a few days later to follow up and see how it was all working for me! His deep knowledge of audio steered me to exactly what I needed and wanted and taught me a bit about the choices along the way. He spent considerable time and his expertise and professionalism are most appreciated!!”

After 7 years with T-Mobile, I had pretty much decided to cancel my service because of two terrible phone support experiences — over an hour on the line each time, with no one truly trying to help. On the last call, they even told me Apple was to blame for my issues.

“I rarely feel compelled to write a review for a merchandise store, restaurants sure, but a store hardly ever. However today I am writing this review to say that I received the BEST customer service today from Ty (Tyree) at the Dobbin GameStop. I came in with a bin of consoles and games to trade in toward the end of a Sunday shift. He was super nice and EFFICIENT! Even when a rush of other customers came in, he went back and forth between my trade-in eval and answering questions for all the other customers and ringing them out at the resigster. I was stressed just watching him, but he did it all with kind and courteous salesmanship. He even stayed past closing to finish my trade in. I was so happy to walk out with a new Xbox Series S in hand and thanked him profusely for staying after. He even thanked me for my patience! Seriously, he was amazing and didn't even show a hint of frustration even when he was jumping between helping four customers at the same time. Give this man a raise, he deserves it. I will definitely return to this location. Thank you Ty!”

CHRIS - was the first Genius Specialist who assisted me, and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He approached my situation with remarkable analytical insight and transparency. Rather than simply providing a standard response, he carefully explained that because my phone displayed only a bright white screen, the underlying issue could not be diagnosed without opening the device. He also acknowledged that proceeding in that manner could result in repair charges that he felt would be unfair, particularly given that my warranty had expired only the day before. What impressed me most was Chris's ability to think critically and strategically. He thoughtfully guided me through the process of escalating my case to Apple Support, demonstrating not only an exceptional understanding of policy, but also genuine empathy and advocacy. His intelligence, professionalism, and kindness were truly extraordinary.
DARELL - continued that exceptional standard of service during the intake process. He expertly assisted with implementing and processing my goodwill exception and ensured that every step moved forward smoothly and efficiently. Daryl was patient, knowledgeable, and highly competent, making a complicated process feel seamless. His calm demeanor and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
RUDY - went above and beyond in a way that I will never forget. When additional complications arose due to the water damage and questions remained regarding whether a replacement device would require a copay, Rudy still took the initiative to place the order so that my case could continue progressing rather than leaving it stalled. His willingness to take ownership of the situation, advocate on my behalf, and exercise thoughtful judgment demonstrated a level of dedication that far exceeds ordinary customer service expectations.
Finally, NICO - provided what can only be described as exceptional service. She was warm, compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Throughout our interaction, Nico displayed genuine care and professionalism that made me feel supported and valued as a customer. Her communication skills, attentiveness, and commitment to ensuring a positive resolution were truly outstanding.
