“A man named Ron helped me much on 2/23/2026! He helped me find a rug that my wife wanted me to purchase. The inventory is great. The quality of the rug is high. An evident manager was alert to my need at the beginning, and he had Ron assist me. The cashier was excellent as well! Our living room is improved, thanks to Home Sense in Columbia, Maryland. The store's setting and cleanliness are important to us as customers, and the staff delivered all!”
“Was really unhappy that my brand new bag had some dents in the leather and was missing the dust bag when I got home. I turned around and went all the way back to return it. Keya exchanged it for me and wrapped the new one and put it in the dust bag as it should be with a bag purchase. Presentation and care of the bag is part of a good service. I was very satisfied afterall because of her and will seek her out in the future. She turned my whole day around :)”

“This is my wife's favorite store to go. With all variety of goods she may spend hours there. And yesterday we received the best customer service ever. The associate named Raj went above and beyond helping us loading our item to our car. We had some trouble loading it and I was about to return the item. Raj tried different ways to load and then came up with a brilliant approach. He spent good deal of time helping us and provided caution advices for our trip home. We really appreciate your help!”

“Marshall's in Columbia usually have a better selection of clothes for plus-size women. If they had more stylish dresses, instead of long and drab looking Little House on the Prairie dresses, I would give this location a 5 star rating. The jewelry had some pieces that I purchased and been complimented on. I usually can find a pair or two in a size 11 shoe but not this time.”

“The Columbia Nordstrom Rack is always super clean and the staff is very helpful. I managed to find my 2 year old granddaughter a short set by DKNY for $11. Great deal! Of course I coped it.”
“I was trying to return a pair of jeans by mail and accidentally mailed Macy’s $300 worth of new bathing suits instead of the jeans. (In my defense, the bags were identical). The manager, Jennifer made the effort to find my number and called me so I didn’t have to figure out my mistake the hard way. Jennifer kept the items safe in her office until I was back from vacation and could pick them up. Her associate Tiffani handled my return of the jeans and she too was very kind and helpful. Good people at the Macy’s in Columbia!”

“Very quick, efficient, and friendly.Such a pleasant change of pace compared to the other pharmacies in the area! It seems Wegmans cares about its pharmacy staff and allows them to schedule an appropriate amount of technicians unlike CVS and Walgreens.”

REVIEW UPDATE!!!!!!!!
Wow, not sure what transpired at the Walmart on Dobbin Rd, but I wrote a not-so-favorable review of this Walmart a few months ago, but after visiting this location, I am genuinely impressed by the improvements. The store is noticeably cleaner, better organized, and far less cluttered than before. Even more importantly, the staff were engaging, helpful, and truly hospitable which really stood out.
Again, I’m not sure if there have been changes in management or operations, but whatever adjustments were made are very noticeable and very much appreciated. It’s refreshing to see a location listen to feedback and make real, positive changes.
Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Returning to my home town after 23 years was quite a shocker. Neighborhoods are run down, lawn care and home maintenance are almost nonexistent is some areas.
To top things off the Walmart off of Dobbin Rd, has to be the filthiest Walmart I’ve ever seen!!!!
Do better Columbia, what happen, this use to be a very nice place to live and raise a family!”
