“Best USPS ever.
The staff here is professional and kind - very helpful for whatever you need.
I use this post office rather than other closer locations just because this one is excellent!”
“My experience last week at the Staples on Snowden River Parkway in Columbia, MD was pleasantly professional. My online order was ready when I walked in and the associate was very knowledgeable. This establishment is also small business friendly.”
“Customer Service- I called looking for a receipt from a past order and spoke to Daija (sp?). She was lovely on the phone and extremely helpful! After some searching, she pointed me in the right direction (another store) and I was able to find what I was looking for.”
“Always pleasant and helpful staff.
Have never had a problem with staff or packages.
Lines at time can be a bit long but not a big deal.”
“I recently visited this location on 7/13/26 around 6:00 PM EST for a return and to drop off some electronics recycling. Every staff member during my visit was either actively engaged with helping another customer (both in person, AND customers on the phone) or helping me recycle my electronics appropriately and get money back for my refund. Very knowledgeable and friendly team, and incredibly efficient customer service. 5/5 stars :)”

“Excellent services. UPS is the only way to go with shipping, they are the best. On time delivery and sometimes early delivery. I believe that their prices are fair as well. I trust UPS with all my packages.”
