“I have been a customer of Darlington, Whiteford, and Plu.tree pharmacies for almost 8 years now. It really is amazing how time does go quickly when you are enjoying your experience. I met Rob Sauter 8 years ago just when he bought Plumtree and he had to do the Pharmacist work while setting it up and waiting for Kate to come here from upstate NY. But on the other end of the spectrum, I really liked the way Rob treated me from day 1. Most pharmacists would have found a reason to not fill my narcotic prescription, but he was unbelievably nice, he had half there then. He said, I'll drive the rest down to you tomorrow. And he did.THAT FIRST INTERACTION WITH ROB SAUTER was all iBooks for me to be a lifetime client. I've gone to all 3 of them but I mainly go to Whiteford.I know that a very nice couple bought all 3 pharmacies, but overall the last couple years have been just as great, so keep up the good work.Finally, I ride a few extra miles just because of the way I've gotten to know all the employees and they know my name. And finally, they always make sure that they have my medications for when I come once a month. They know within couple days, I think, that's how I think that in 8 years, they always have my medications.”
“Lyon's Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in Havre de Grace. The staff was super friendly and professional. The Pharmacist was extremely helpful and has a great personality. It was a much better experience than I was used to dealing with corporate pharmacies like Wal greens or CVS. Highly recommend.”

“I called at 8am to order fresh fried chicken wings for a work function with a pickup scheduled for 11:30. I arrived around 11:15 and the wings were almost done frying which meant they were fresh and hot. They were a huge hit! Everyone talked about how crispy they were and how good they tasted. Will definitely order again!”

“The only thing with this particular store is they could be a little better at filling prescriptions. Sometimes when I check the app first thing in the morning it says preparing and then 8 hours later when I'd like to pick up on my way home it says it's still preparing and I have to call to ask to have it ready. Not a huge deal but kind of defeats the purpose of me getting it in early and using the app.”
