“I brought my 2016 WRX here for repairs through Allstate, and I honestly cannot recommend this shop enough. As a car enthusiast, I’ve had some really poor experiences with other body shops in the past regarding workmanship and professionalism, so I was hesitant to try a new place. This shop completely changed my perspective.
From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. You can tell they have a great team dynamic here—when I went to pick up the car, the mechanic was blasting music in the bay and the office staff didn't mind at all; it just felt like a team that actually enjoys working together, which usually translates to better work.
The results speak for themselves. The paint match is absolutely perfect against the pre-existing panels, which isn't easy to do on this car. A huge shoutout to the estimator who worked with me regarding my aftermarket parts; most shops make that a headache, but he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.”

“Dan is THE MAN! Let me tell you! OMG, this guy is not just super friendly, but also extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient and helpful. He gave me a full explanation of what was going on with my car. I did some research before hand and he didn't make me feel like because I'm not a mechanic, that I don't know anything. I was going to get an oil change this weekend, but my car needs to be worked on for tire rod issues, which I will bring back to Dan to be serviced on Monday, and I decided to wait until he works on my car to do the oil change. There's no reason to go anywhere else! This guy is the REAL DEAL and he has years and years of experience! I'm so grateful to have found this place! Happy Happy Happy!”

“I really appreciate this shop, Luis and his people! When I moved into town a few years ago, my landlord recommended them. He is very handy and knows how to fix many things himself so is not the type to rip off easily. They were always honest with him and his wife, fair, and well priced.
Luis has given me plenty of advice when I’ve called over the phone or in person and deliberated my options, including reasons to sell my last car. Once I had put manyyy miles on my last car, they told me an idea of how many more miles I may have until the thousands of dollars of repairs would be due.
They are not judgmental, are understanding, and are open to doing certain work with parts you purchase yourself. I fully planned to kill time there and walking around nearby when they worked on my car yesterday but they had someone drive me to wait at my home or a local café, and they picked me up when my car was done.”

After calling AAA and GEICO, who both told me they couldn’t help for one reason or another, I called Luxury Towing and immediately got a great quote. Mark showed up in less than 20 minutes (they originally told me 45!) and was so kind and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and quickly got my car out of the ditch.
