“I just have to say, the team at Han's Auto Body is absolutely top-notch. I recently had my 2025 Cadillac Optiq in for some work, and the experience was just fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Julio, in particular, were amazing. They kept me completely up to date on everything that was going on with my car.
We had weekly check-ins, which was so helpful for setting expectations and understanding the timeline. They were also total pros at dealing with my insurance company and so knowledgeable on the whole process. I basically didn't have to do a thing. It took so much stress off my plate.
Even with all the huge backorders for auto parts happening right now, the team at Han's was honest and set realistic expectations. That made planning my life around the repair so much easier.
And when I picked my car up, it looked amazing! They even waxed it, which was such a nice touch and greatly appreciated.

“Ive visited this place often with 2 different vehicles. The management and staff never fail to give their customers a comfortable and trustworthy environment. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and do their best effort to meet their customers needs. I just got a tire change from them and they ran into some problems with a tire vendor causing my appointments to be changed twice. But they never failed to keep me informed about the situation. I love how they don’t waste time and are straightforward with whatever situation is happening. Other auto shops would’ve kept the vehicle sitting there without informing the customer/ would waste the customers time by waiting until the customer arrives. The staff was even generous enough to deliver my vehicle to me with no charge so I wouldn’t have to go through the stress of having to go pick it up each time the tires wouldn’t show. This just goes to show how much they care about their customers. 100% recommend”

“This is the nicest group of guys ever. My 2011 Mazda broke down and i got it towed there just because it was the closest auto shop. They ran a diagnosis (very quick!) and although I decided not to pay for the repairs and just get rid of it, they still went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience. When I went to get all of my stuff out of my car before getting rid of it, it had started to rain and one nice man even offered to hold an umbrella over me while I cleared it out. 11/10 customer service. I can't speak to their actual repair-jobs, but I'm sure it's also five stars. Thank you, guys!”

They diagnosed the problems with my Volvo- gave me a price, did the work to the standards I would have done it, (a former mechanic of sorts myself), and they stuck to the price. You could not ask for more. Their communications was a little touch and go when parts deliveries got delayed, but in my case, the parts were not common. “I would like to give a raving review to Karen Kliaz! He assisted me with the purchase of my used 2016 Toyota Tacoma. I live out of state and found the vehicle on the dealership website. Karen responded to my inquiry immediately and answered all my questions promptly and diligently. He coordinated all of my paperwork ahead of time, so when I flew in a couple of days later, everything was prepared and ready to go.

I began using CAPR approximately two years ago on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I started with routine maintenance. I am consistently pleased with the ease and promptness of securing appointments. I always receive thorough explanations of what work needs immediate attention as well as the identification of future work that may be necessary. All information is communicated by the patient and friendly team in terms that I clearly understand.
I recently had need for body work; my first and only call was to CARP. I was able to immediately schedule an inspection of the damage at which time I was presented with repair options. By the end of the day, I received a thorough written estimate via email. When I confirmed I wanted to proceed with the body work, I was informed that the team had already checked the availability of the parts needed which expedited the ability to schedule the repair. Throughout the process the team communicated with me and was able to complete the work within the estimated timeframe. When I drove up and saw my eight-year-old car, it looked brand new!
