“This Harris Teeter is my favorite grocery store!
They have a great selection of fresh produce! I look very closely and examine it carefully. Occasionally, produce marked down on sale may not be as fresh, but most stores do that. I have to say the onions, potatoes, fresh herbs, almost all of their produce beats most comparable stores in freshness.
I am always greeted by friendly, helpful employees. They have a wonderful attitude and make the shopping experience very nice.
I have requested a few items to be stocked at this particular store. They now have everything I love to buy.
The discounts are excellent.
What I also love about this store is how clean it is inside, I usually see employees cleaning and surfaces, which makes this a really beautiful grocery store.”

She asked about the reason for the party, plus any themes or special colors we were using. The result was amazing. Not just beautiful, but also delicious.”
“I am ALWAYS astounded by the superb customer service provided by Evan at the pharmacy in Harris Teeter Copley Place. He is always pleasant and always efficient. Not only does he go above and beyond when I (foolishly) run in for a last minute Rx, but when I frantically called regarding an emergency Rx for my mother he told me to hit the highway and get there before closing. I got there close to 8pm and he processed my mother’s Rx with 10min to spare. I can’t say enough about him.

“My Dr's Pharmacy is the best pharmacy in the Herndon area. They have a ton of prescriptions available for pick-up the same day. They are incredibly fast at filling prescriptions. And the best of all, they fill your prescriptions right when they get them. Unlike other pharmacy's where you have to call them and remind them that you need your prescription and have to keep bothering them to finally fill your prescription, My Dr's Pharmacy is really fast and fills your prescriptions as soon as they get them. The BEST pharmacy in the Herndon area.”

I moved from VA to MD and a 25 min drive was the closest HT to me,but I will definitely make the drive back there after this pleasant experience.Everyone was smiling and very helpful. “Alisen deserves a raise. Whenever I do curbside pickup, she brings out the groceries quickly and efficiently.
The store was out of the ground beef I was looking for (and I rejected the replacement because I wasn't sure of the price). Alison took it upon herself to check the delivery truck to see if they had the ground beef I wanted (sure enough, they had it), and she included it in my curbside pickup. Talk about going above and beyond. Keep up the good work Alisen!”

“Giant has consistently been a reasonably
priced, popular grocery in the DMV. Stores
are clean employees very helpful. Unfortunately theft has been an ongoing issue which has necessitated raising prices. They have taken measures in stores with the most product loss like adding security guards and using new carts with devices that alert management when carts don’t pass checkout and leave the store.”

“Very helpful and considerate pharmacy. I came to fill a medication for my father and we were told it would cost almost 500 and Adam helped me understand what my options were. He helped me find a program to get the med to 25 dollars. We have always had good experiences filling here. The staff are all consistently kind and knowledgeable even as their staff have changed over the years. It truly means a lot to have a stranger be so transparent and helpful and save me from paying an exorbitant price for a med my father really needs.
