“This is the best Petco that I have been to. A young lady immediately approached me asking if I needed help. She directed me to where I needed to go and accompanied me there. After that, I picked up another purchase and she checked me out. While doing so, she gave me information on other conveniences that Petco offers. I asked her name and she gave it to me because I wanted to compliment her. Being a senior, I have forgotten it. I can only describe her as an attractive, light complected black woman with braids. My career was in retail so I know a great employee when I see one. She should be recognized.”
