“I've been coming in here for years but the team here has impressed me again today! I had a major issue with my car's shift link cable and needed a part ASAP. I was looking online and found out they also do same day delivery. So for under $25 I was able to get my part delivered to me, installed, and my car back on the road instead of having to take it to a mechanic. I've also had issues in the past where I received the wrong part (even this one said it wasn't recommended to fit my vehicle but it still worked) but this has dwindled over time.”

The receptionist was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Jeff handled the inspection and repair estimate. He took the time to call me, thoroughly explain the work that would be performed, and provided a very accurate estimate of when my vehicle would be ready.
I picked up my vehicle exactly one week after dropping it off. Jeff personally walked me through the completed repairs and explained everything that had been done. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.

“A bird destroyed my driver side mirror this morning on the way to work. I called another scrap yard closer to me first who didn't have the part but referred me to these guys. I spoke with Brian and he told me they had one, according to the computer, but went to double check anyway. He texted me pictures to make sure it was what I was looking for. Paid for it over the phone, they pulled it for me and I had a coworker pick it up for me and I was all fixed up before the end of the work day. Excellent service! Definitely recommend!”

“Excellent customer service at the Upper Marlboro store. I placed an online order here where this location showed stock and the store manager called to say they could not fill it. She asked if I could do an online drop ship to my house, but the online inventory was out as well, so she offered to fill the order with an alternative equivalent, so I accepted. I wasn't expecting that at all; I was just going to keep looking at other locations, but I really appreciate her going above and beyond for customer service like that. As I was browsing around after the pickup, one of the associates asked if I was good, making sure I found what I need. Good to see a well run shop like that. Thank you.”
