“I brought my Honda CR-V in for repairs to the front bumper cover, left front fender, mirror, and left front door. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding.
The receptionist was friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Jeff handled the inspection and repair estimate. He took the time to call me, thoroughly explain the work that would be performed, and provided a very accurate estimate of when my vehicle would be ready.
I picked up my vehicle exactly one week after dropping it off. Jeff personally walked me through the completed repairs and explained everything that had been done. The workmanship was excellent, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and completely stress-free.
I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for honest, high-quality collision repair and exceptional customer service.”

“I recently moved back to Maryland with a used car I bought out in Washington state. I failed the Maryland state inspection due to gaps/cuts in my aftermarket titanium exhaust. Ken Keir was the only shop I could find in southern Maryland that was able to accommodate this need. Not only could Jason help, but he did so very quickly on a Saturday morning and was extremely friendly. He really saved me from a bigger expense at replacing my exhaust system back to stock and paying a lot more money. Thank you so much!”

“Excellent Service at a Fair Price.
Family-owned shop that is knowledgeable, friendly and the quality of work is outstanding. Pricing is reasonable. Its hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but this place is the real deal. Highly recommended!”

“Just picked up my RAV4 at Lasting Impressions. What a fantastic job on the body work! Mike Cain the Owner, does amazing work and he is such a gentleman. Other shops told me they could take my car in on 3/20 and he took the car in the day I called him and in less than a week I have my car back and it looks like new. I highly recommend his shop, he certainly left a Lasting Impression on this customer, thanks Mike, you rock!”
