“Brad, a Marine Corps Veteran and owner of the shop, has put Rhino liner in 2 of my trucks this year. He does an excellent job at it. The new truck I got has a key for the glove box with no way to put it on a key ring so he also drilled a hole in it for free after he finished my truck liner. They also do car, jeep, truck work. Sell bed covers for trucks and lots more. Highly recommended this shop. Everyone there is super nice.”

“A bird destroyed my driver side mirror this morning on the way to work. I called another scrap yard closer to me first who didn't have the part but referred me to these guys. I spoke with Brian and he told me they had one, according to the computer, but went to double check anyway. He texted me pictures to make sure it was what I was looking for. Paid for it over the phone, they pulled it for me and I had a coworker pick it up for me and I was all fixed up before the end of the work day. Excellent service! Definitely recommend!”

I came to this location, and a wonderful young lady named Vicky immediately stopped what she was doing after I explained what had happened. She first made sure I was okay, then went above and beyond to help me. She even drove me back to my house, replaced my battery, and gave me helpful tips about taking care of my car. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern turned a very stressful situation into a much better experience. I’m incredibly grateful for her outstanding customer service and highly recommend this location because of employees like Vicky!”

“Excellent customer service at the Upper Marlboro store. I placed an online order here where this location showed stock and the store manager called to say they could not fill it. She asked if I could do an online drop ship to my house, but the online inventory was out as well, so she offered to fill the order with an alternative equivalent, so I accepted. I wasn't expecting that at all; I was just going to keep looking at other locations, but I really appreciate her going above and beyond for customer service like that. As I was browsing around after the pickup, one of the associates asked if I was good, making sure I found what I need. Good to see a well run shop like that. Thank you.”
