“Michele was really helpful when I came in this morning to dispute a charge since I had trouble doing so over the phone, she also explained how to build credit and got me set up with a new card! She is a very knowledgeable banker, the walk in went smoothly thanks to her expertise. There was another woman who was also very helpful but I didn’t catch her name before I left, she was very quick to offer her assistance though and I appreciated that a lot!
Overall the staff seemed very kind and willing to help! Definitely would return if I have any questions or concerns :)”
“The team of ladies here are AMAZING! I had an issue with my account and called the Waldorf location-wow, horrible customer service there-called my branch and AWESOME! They got me in and fixed my account issues and then some! This team is the BEST! I am a bankers daughter and left so happy I called my dad and told him! ☺️ the BEST!!!”

I've been to this branch numerous of times and the staff have ALWAYS made my visit welcoming and we're very knowledgeable and made sure that they satisfied my needs. As for recommending this branch.
