One time the rates were raised right after I opened/deposited and the CSR was happy to give me the new rate. Thank you I'm a little worried from reading the other reviews, but so far... I'm pretty happy with them. The only drawback on their CDs is that the early withdrawal isn't so graceful.”

“I had to share my experience with ESFCU today! Both my husband and myself, were assisted by Ms. Katrina Maxfield! She was absolutely patient, wonderful, made us comfortable, educated us in every step of the way all the way to the end of the day! We started at 9ish - 10:30 and came back around 2ish - almost closing! She was a delight to be helped by and we hope she is recognized for her diligent efforts! Way to go Ms. Katrina!”
