Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a thrift store that offers a wide range of affordable products to the local community. The store has received mixed reviews from customers, with some praising the variety of items available and the reasonable prices, while others have expressed concerns about the cleanliness of the store and the attitude of the employees. Many customers, particularly seniors on limited incomes, have appreciated the opportunity to shop at Goodwill and find affordable items without having to sacrifice their basic needs. However, some have noted that the prices have been increasing, making it more difficult for them to continue shopping there. The store's staff has also received mixed reviews, with some customers reporting friendly and professional service, while others have encountered rude and unhelpful employees. The store's management has been urged to provide better training and support for their staff to ensure a more positive customer experience. Despite these challenges, Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center remains a popular destination for bargain hunters and those looking to find unique and unusual items. The store's commitment to providing affordable goods and supporting the local community is appreciated by many, and there is hope that the management will address the concerns raised by customers to improve the overall shopping experience.

Dropped off some items today & was greeted by a young woman who was helpful, friendly & welcoming. It was a million degrees out with high humidity & you would never know by her demeanor.
