“Problem with security certificate reset. Now correctly paired with phone. Still have to wait until I get to my phone wifi to see if reset works. Switch out of wife's phone took about an hour. Ty is a wonderful special sales rep”
“My elderly father and I went to the AT&T store in Easton, Maryland on Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The employee who helped us was Mr. Sylvester Williams. Mr. Williams is by far the most knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate cell phone store employee that I have ever gotten assistance from - and I have had alot of cell phones from different carriers in my day ! Our problem was a little bit outside the box - an old line that my father had not used in over 10 years and we didn't have an account number or a PIN number. Mr. Williams made multiple phone calls and figured out how to get access to the number - even though all came in with was the last 4 numbers of the phone number. And it was a busy afternoon in his store !! The whole time that he was helping us, he was greeting other customers in a friendly helpful way, and spending time helping them when he was on hold with the AT&T office that he was calling. It was remarkable. Mr. Williams never displayed ay sense of impatients or rushed, he just stayed cheerful and helpful to everyone, and just kept multitasking and moving things along. Mr. Williams solved a problem that I had been working on for 2 days. He exhibited persistence and diplomacy, and simply a strong working knowledge of how the cell phone landscape and business work. We are grateful for his work yesterday. On the basis of our visit, we will strongly recommend the Easton Branch of AT&T to anyone who needs a cell phone or other wireless service. Rachel Burdick.”
