“I just had the pleasure of taking my car to have the engine steam cleaned at Immaculate Detailing. From the minute I pulled in the manager was so personable and knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. She took my keys, explained what was being done and went right to work. Had a seat in the waiting room and soon after I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jason Conklin, and he shared a video showcasing his son ~ a 17 year old drift car champion!! Again, so personable and very knowledgeable as I wanted to have my care detailed at a later date and we discussed the various options. . When the car was ready [not long at all] the young lady {MGR EXTRAORDINARE}, showed me the engine and it looks BRAND NEW!!! WHAT A GREAT JOB!! In addition, she wiped down the car, cleaned the windows making sure the car looked terrific. Jason walked outside, recommended what had to be done and I booked the detailing for next week. This is a MUST GO for all your car needs~ washing, detailing, etc. SOOOOO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and VERY AFFORDABLE!! Here it is a week later and I just had the car detailed today and it looks brand new!! What a truly remarkable job!! I am absolutely amazed at such a fine job. But the vacuum people sometimes give me a hard time when I ask them not to move the drivers seat cause it’s broken ( only works when it wants to), but other then that, great place!!!”
“Reasonably priced. However, the owner-operator got irritated because I ran my bicycle through one of the manual stalls.
Couldn't justify why I couldn't hose my bicycle down. Wasn't muddy, dusty yes. No traffic is being held up. Not being a nuisance or a bother. Great way to lose four-wheeled traffic. Especially mine.”

“Ok so I have been coming to this car wash almost religiously now for a while. I have almost never had a problem with things being down, or products not dispensing properly, or with the spots not being clean. In the rare case I couldn't go here, I'd almost always have a problem and immediately remember why I only go to one place specifically. But today, I am writing a review not only for the quality of the services, but for the customer service. I was there today and accidentally dropped my debit card. I didn't realize until hours later. Frantic because I'm going on vacation in two days, I looked on Google praying they had a contact number. They did, I called, and the most awesome guy answered the phone. After calling his two attendants while I was holding on the phone, he confirmed they did in fact have my card. He was nice enough to even meet me immediately, even though at this point it was past 8 at night and he was already home. I can't say thank you enough to both the attendant AND the who I assume was owner for being some seriously awesome people. Definitely go here to wash your car, not only are the services great, the people are awesome too and that's an extremely rare thing at a self service car wash. Will definitely NEVER go anywhere else to wash my car again. 10/10”

“I’ve been coming here for years It’s my favorite car wash Charlie. The manager is really nice and keeps the place. Nice and clean. I usually do the self bay But due to a leg injury that has gotten worse I did the touchless car wash For $15 for us I did it with my SUV. Did a great job cleaning it took my car I took my Dodge Challenger, I cleaned it so well, it It got all the salt off from the vehicle thank you so much guys”
“These people rock. I pay for a monthly subscription because I like the fact it's a touchless car wash (doesn't scratch your paint). I get my car washed like 4 times a month and totally worth it. The reason I write this review is because the automatic kiosk failed du to internet problems, but I called and they found my account and manually made sure I could go in. Never had a bad experience here!”
“This is my favorite do it yourself car wash and less expensive, even for a basic car wash the BMORE WASH $9, compared to other car washes. This includes a free vacuum, which would cost you $3 or more to fully vacuum out your vehicle. They supply you with car safe rags and cleaning supplies for your windows and car inside/out. The only thing I'd wish they had were car freshners, that would put them on top.”

“I went here for breakfast this morning and the two employees that stood out to me deserve recognition. To anyone in corporate , i want to let u know that employees like Toya and Devin are what keep me coming back to your store over all others. I had a lot of questions about using my rewards and my gift card and the cashier Devin was patient with me.
even tho he was busy. The service in the deli was just as good. Toya is the one that made my food and it was perfect. She was also very friendly. She smiled which lifted my spirits because I dont see smiles that much anymore in retail. But Toya was so positive. She was fast, efficient and courteous. I thank Royal Farm for hiring people who have positive attitudes and seem to genuinely want to help customers. I know from experience that retail is not the easiest of jobs so when i see employees working hard i appreciate them.”

“I reached out to Dirt Busters after getting a sub-par premium car detailing there (they missed the center console). I was worried that they wouldn't care and/or that I'd be lucky to even hear back. But they replied and apologized. They even offered to make things right by giving me one premium detailing on them. I was pleasantly surprised and was relieved that they didn't try to gaslight me like some business owners try to do when they receive negative feedback. I went back and they did a super job. My car was squeaky clean and beautiful as she should be. Thank you guys for doing the right thing, I will be a returning customer for sure :)”

“Good bang for your buck. The washer itself gives more time than any other washer at a do-it-yourself car wash and the soap suds are really thick. The high pressure rince is more pressure than most places. Not only that but the vacuums give about seven minutes for only a dollar whereas most others only give five minutes. With a little over one hour on a nice day, for about $8.00, I can wash my car and get it very clean on the outside, dump all my trash, vacuum the inside really well because the vacuums are pretty powerful, and still wipe down the outside and do the tires and rims. It's my favorite DIY car wash I've ever been to actually.”
