“Ourisman Collision Center is the best. I’ve had work on my car done with them twice and they rolled out the red carpet both times. I will probably always own a Toyota so they have a customer for life.”
“The experience with this dealership was exceptional! We couldn’t be more thankful.Gianni was wonderful from the start until we got our rav4.Special thanks to Omar for working really hard to get the exact specs that I wanted.
They are
Highly recommended. If I can score more than 5/5,I will.It was worth the wait.Hope to get our Sienna from them again in a year or 2(God willing).”
“Very friendly environment, front service advisors were professional, no pressure, very clean shop throughout, seemed to be thorough with my first service visit and plan on returning for regular service and repairs as needed.”
“Brought my new Toyota Highlander in for its first check up and tire rotation. Was pleased with the prompt courteous reception and service. Appreciated the personal help with some minor trim issues.”
“Alan is honest, trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable, which are all qualities that are hard to find. He is thorough and has excellent customer service. I highly recommend using Alan at Otter Point automotive for all you mechanical needs!!”
“Brian has been my mechanic for 13 years, have had him build multiple cars for me. Most recent build is a 2014 cts V. Brian built a dart ls7 427 stroker for my car along with a long list of other things and ALWAYS does an amazing job! When you’re ready for your next build, go to Brian!”
“One of the best shops in Maryland and the immediate Edgewood Harford county area. Great service friendly professional ownership and service and what everyone wants to hear efficient!”
“Martin & Dave took great care of me and my vehicle! I brought my truck for inspection, they inspected it and told me what did not pass and were able to give me pricing to repair with factory parts! ( I prefer OEM Parts when repairing my vehicles) I was able to do some of the repairs myself and took the vehicle back to them for reinspection, a repair and some maintenance items. They took care of the work quickly and efficiently and got my truck back to me in good time. I was lucky to find this shop and will be back next time I need some repairs. Thank you Martin & Dave!”

“I had the pleasure to meet Corey after one of my tires blew out. I had an issue with the spare so I was really up a creek. I called around to several places with no luck. Then I called Corey at Supreme. Not only did he have the tire I needed but he offered to come out and get me back on the road. Who does stuff like that still? Corey and Supreme Tire still do. That’s who!!
If you’re in need of tires for your car, you can do no better. Because of Corey, I will always bring my vehicles to Supreme. His service earned a lifetime customer.”
“My First time ever coming here and they did great! I had a bad return line on my radiator and it was leaking antifreeze bad also they changed my oil because I guess it was burnt from the car running hot only charged me $190 definitely going back.”
“Great service at Edgewood! Pleased with how they refurbished the interior and exterior of my car, and the detailing was flawless. It looks brand new inside and out! Friendly staff, excellent work—highly recommend.”
“my experience here was good. Helpful staff and did the job well. Price was fair. They even gave me a pack of airheads since they were handing out to the mechanics.”

“I was a Mechanic for many years back in the day. It is difficult for me to find a place I can trust to do any work to my vehicles. This place is one of the exceptions. The owner knows what he is doing and he is very honest. I don't go there to try to make friends. The people there will treat you with respect and take care of any issues you have with your car. I have never been over charged and I will be going back in the future.”

“Dear Owners and Management of Precision Tune Auto Care,
I am writing to share the incredible experience I had during my visit today June 25, 2026 at your Edgewood, MD location. After recently losing my trusted mechanic of 10 years, I was apprehensive about finding a new shop. However, after today, I am happy to say I have found my new automotive home, and I absolutely will be back to have my car serviced here.
The customer service I received was nothing short of exceptional, and I wanted to personally highlight two of your team members who went above and beyond:
Michael (Manager): Michael is completely authentic and brings an incredibly positive energy and good vibes to the shop. He made me feel welcome right away by offering me a drink and ensured I felt valued as a customer.
Avono (Mechanic): Avono was extremely professional and attentive. He took the time to show me exactly what work needed to be done and graciously accommodated my request to join him for a test drive.
Both of these gentlemen are highly knowledgeable, deeply attentive, and radiate excellent energy. What impressed me the most wasn't just how they treated me, but the consistent care, honesty, and authenticity they demonstrated toward every customer in the shop.
Employees like Michael and Avono are a rare find in this industry. I highly encourage leadership to take great care of the men working for you at this location they are phenomenal representatives of your business.
Also, the gentleman working on the ladies car who’s name I didn’t catch, wow you impressed me as well, she had an issue with her lights.
Thank you for a stellar experience. You have earned a loyal customer, and I look forward to returning soon for my vehicle's service.”
