“I have been a member of PBCU for over, 27 years, never ever had any issues nor problems, they always helpful and will help you in any situation, and they always have a solution that may come up, that best fits they don't play about their members, their loan rates are awesome, especially the auto loans, and the fraud detection center is always on point, anyone top of any unusual charges, that may show up in your account, I will always be a PBCU members.”

“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! “I would like to recognize a particular teller at the Riverside branch for just plain GOOD service. Deja is my preferred teller because she is warm, very friendly, super knowledgeable, and strives for perfection. She does all this proficiency while being quick in her transactions. Nothing gets my goat more than a slow teller. Deja is a credit to APGFCU and I hope she remains where she is so that I can enjoy her services and her personality. Thank you Deja for all you do.”

“I used this branch twice this week for account services. I've worked with two different agents/tellers there. On visit 1, Victoria provided me with excellent service and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns along with helping me sort out my business. She wasn't available on visit 2 but I had the pleasure of working with Julie S. instead. Julie was also excellent with all help needed and she was able to provide me with a tutorial on how to work through their recently updated app services as well, of which I never used prior.
