“I called this branch on a Saturday Laura answered she was very nice and professional.I had a question about bank accounts and she gave me the information I needed..I called 3 other branches and they would not answer the phone I left a message at one on Thursday 5/27 in the morning the Voice mail said we will get back to you in 24 hours ( really a day to return a call) well its been 3 days !! “Had a visit for the first time with this bank to reset access to what I thought was a still available checking and savings account. I was a little disappointed to find out there wasn't anything found. But Paul Diehl was awesome and set up a brand new account and also was able to get me an initial consult appointment with Joshua Ernest who is a J.P. Morgan Wealth management person. Yes... you can get services with J.P. Morgan Chase with an established Chase Bank account!!! Great set of guys right here in Bel Air... they've only been here since July 2024. I have been to four different banks locally trying to get access reset. This branch is definitely among the welcoming, friendly ones. It was like stopping by to visit with friends. And I never met these gentlemen before! Boston Market is no more... but check out the replacement, I highly recommend this branch. Of note, their office spaces are completely enclosed with floor to ceiling so others aren't going to be hearing your discussions, although you will be visible through the glass partions that are very much like a window wall. I find that to be a plus.”

He was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain everything we qustioned. Its rare to have someone care enough to help you understand when you're new to almost everything! Deja is my preferred teller because she is warm, very friendly, super knowledgeable, and strives for perfection. She does all this proficiency while being quick in her transactions. On visit 1, Victoria provided me with excellent service and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns along with helping me sort out my business. She wasn't available on visit 2 but I had the pleasure of working with Julie S. instead. Julie was also excellent with all help needed and she was able to provide me with a tutorial on how to work through their recently updated app services as well, of which I never used prior. “I spoke with the representative named Jim but he was so rude and very unprofessional. I was telling him about my concern when I open an account and didn’t get the bonus. He was very rude how he handle things. I understand people what they’re going through in life but don’t throw it on the customers. You have to remember, the company are the one to suffer for bad employees.
When you make mistakes and try to fix it with another mistakes then you get a terrible results.
However, this company is taking your concerns seriously. I appreciated the time and effort that Ms. Crystal did to make sure it won’t happen again and really apologized for the representative did. “I had had issues with online banking for some time and calling the 800 # as instructed did not solve the problem. I am purchasing a new property and having great difficulty downloading mortgage and bank accounts statements (I do not receive by mail). I had heard it's best to make an appt with a banker so quickly made an appt online and met with Takeyra Pitts on Thursday, 6/23/2022. Takeyra was nothing short of amazing. She spent an entire HOUR with me, helped access/print my statements AND corrected the problem thats existed in my online banking for at least at couple years. A HUGE shout-out to Takeyra!!”

“The drive through is a very crunched kind of space so if you have a bigger vehical you may want to bank elsewhere. There are only two lanes and the people that go here don't seem to get that there are two separate lanes for the drive through which makes it a LONG wait on Fridays especially.”
