I am beyond happy with Shannon's Pretty Paws. I called to find out what I needed to do to have our Blue Heeler's nails trimmed. I explained that my dog does not like to have his paws touched and being herding dog he could nip as a response. I further stated that he had to be medicated all the time in the past. She was very kind, listened and told me to bring him without meds to see how he does without. We took Rocky over, she introduced herself and they clicked. In short order he was done. No Meds!! This is a big deal. He has been medicated every time for 6 years to have his nails trimmed. I am unable to do it myself and fearful due to his all black nails.

I am truly thankful for your kindness and care for our loyal friend. I will return in the future and I will be recommending Shannon's Pretty Paws.

Wow what a great compassionate and honest place. Everyone from the girls in the front office to the doctors are just amazing! My dog actually loves going to the vet. Frankie had a growth on the side of his mouth that was growing so we went to have it looked at and because it had grown we agreed at that time that the best course of action was to have it removed and tested. Well the day of the surgery came and we went in bright and early. Doctor Mark (the surgeon) was there and took a look at it. I told the doctor that it I believed it had gotten smaller and it had developed a scab. The girl at the front desk confirmed my suspicion as she had seen it larger in the last visit. Doctor Mark said that it might not need to be removed especially since it had gotten smaller. He told me to take Frankie home and wait a week to see what would happen. He thought it might just go away and yes, that is what happened, it did go away. I called today to say thank you and they were as happy as I was that there was no need for surgery. I highly recommend Edgewood Veterinary Hospital.

Food is good AUTHENTIC Mexican food. Some people's reviews are funny because they are describing TexMex food as what they were looking for. This is an AUTHENTIC MEXICAN RESTAURANT, NOT TEXMEX! They are 2 totally different things.
