“Brought tire in for repair. Bay Area resealed tire, changed valve stem. A few months later the tire went flat again. Upon returning the tire Bay Area found a whole in the side wall and could not understand how it was missed. Luckily, one replacement tire was in stock and the damaged tire was replaced. Through out the experience Bay Area representatives were professional and polite.”

“Needed work on an 89 Toyota 4 speed. Transmission rebuilt not staying in gear . So I was recommended Rick's Family Car Care. To my happiness they were very helpful to complete this task. Many other locations, I called did not service manuals. Also other locations said if they can find a person to work on this, it will take several months and be over $5,000. Even a dealership in the area said just buy a new vehicle. Rick's Family Car Care called around to find a Tech to rebuild the transmission. They repaired the vehicle in a timely amount of time and did some other work I requested. The price for all the work was out standing and reasonable. I was very happy to find a repair shop very honest and do all the work on an old vehicle. They have my future business for my other cars and I totally recommend this repair shop!!Service: Transmission”

“This Mr.Tire is under new management. My car was seen quickly since it was giving me problems stalling while driving. The mechanic was knowledgeable and did a great job at replacing my AC compressor since it had completely locked up. Only thing is their recharge machine was down so I still have no AC but at least my car is safe to drive which is the most important. I really appreciate mr. Tire for seeing me so soon and getting my car to a point where I can drive it again. ? Thanks also to the mechanic for having a passion for his work and my old car.”

We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn't matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. I've had everything from a Ford Explorer, Jeep Compass, and 2 Dodge Rams done and the vehicles come out looking better than new. If you want it done right this is the shop! I even had them retrofit my 2015 Dodge Ram headlights to LED because the factory headlights were so dim and they did a great job! Highly recommend!”
