“I visited this Dollar Tree yesterday and was amazed at how beautiful this Dollar Tree was! Everything was clean, organized, fully stocked and in the right place. The best part was the employees who were not only friendly but you can tell enjoy being there. I overheard them joking with each other, using sarcasm and helping each other. A rare gem to see in my experiences over the last few years. I hope this manager acknowledges their hard work and positive experience they bring to this store

“I came in today and I was approached by the sales clerk named Katrina, in my opinion she is the jewel of the place. I had a large order to fill and she helped me through all of it. “Brandon at this Dollar General gave me one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine attitude completely changed my impression of the store. He carries himself with such positive energy that you almost forget you’re shopping at a dollar store. It’s rare to meet someone who truly enjoys helping people, and you can feel it the moment you interact with him.
I’ll be honest—I’m not an easy person to impress. I’m extremely critical of customer service, I have high standards, and I can be pretty judgmental. Because of that, I don’t hand out compliments lightly. I’ve been to plenty of stores where employees clearly don’t want to be there, but Brandon is the exact opposite. He made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued, and that’s something you don’t come across very often anymore.
If I had an opening at my own company, I’d hire him without hesitation. People with his attitude, professionalism, and work ethic are incredibly hard to find. Brandon is a tremendous asset to this store, and I sincerely hope he continues to succeed. God bless him, and I hope he gets every opportunity he deserves.

“This store has more than you think it would. Detergent and dryer sheets, for a lot less than any place I've seen, not a generic brand, name brand products. Quite inexpensive and friendly people. In and out quickly. Products easily found in the store. Highly recommended.”
