“My truck broke down and was undrivable. It was a simple repair, just an idler pulley. So I called up the Elkridge Napa, and they had the part in stock. I mentioned that I would have to figure out how to get there. I was going to Uber, but the guy asked where I was. I was a couple miles away. He said I'll be there in 10 minutes. He picked me up and took me to the store, where I bought what I needed, and then another employee drove me back to my truck. Talk about going above the call of duty. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I know where I will buy my parts from now on.”

“Long time customer of Foreign Auto Experts. They are a rare find for mechanics- extremely honest (will tell you what work you DON'T need done), use quality parts (many shops use crap parts) and do great work. Also recently, Dustin saved me well over a $1000! I called to make an appointment to get my headlights repaired on my 2020 Kia Telluride because the high beams weren't working. He researched it on his own after my call and told me to bring it to the dealer because it had an unpublicized extended warranty that Kia issued a couple of years ago. Got it fixed at the dealer for free. Most repair shops would have missed this or knowingly charged for the work.”
