“Tool rentals saved the day! Clean and organized even the rental was shining bright. FYI if you are working on your ride in the parking lot there is minimal shade and a chicken fire grilled place next door that will make you very hungry. You can get to the parking lot from both directions and there is a light into the mall complex. If there is a line of cars leaving the shopping area continue driving into complex so you don't cause a traffic jam at the light. There is an additional turn into AutoZones satellite location in the mall parking lot if that makes sense.”
“Tiffany made my first experience with this location awesome. She was knowledgeable and displayed great professionalism. Tiffany makes this store run like a well oiled machine. I went to the Laurel location first. They were rude, cold and not helpful. I Walked in and everyone sat like a bunch of lazy bumps on a log. No one wanted to help me. This is that new lackluster customer service that seems to be the norm these days. Take your business to the Hanover location. Tiffany and the crew will take care of you.”

“Stopped in this place a couple of year ago as a walk-in to have a thermostat housing tapped while I was restoring my 68 Mustang. Martin was a super nice guy. Dropped what he was doing and helped me for a few bucks. We had a long talk about engines while his son used the machine press for another job. The sounded like they knew their stuff, and had a buch of big blocks and small blocks there were doing full rebuilds on. Place is out there and is literally a farm with amazing animals. Will def shop him for a motor build which is why I stopped here to check him out again.”
