Expectations have to be realistic, they don’t have the variety of the larger stores but they generally have what I need and the prices are competitive.Big pluses….they actually fill propane tanks, they sell high end tool and outdoor cooking brands, the hardware section is organized and easy to find the right sizes, and the staff know what they are talking about.Spread the word to support locally owned businesses that are well run!”

“Wow. Let me say it again, wow, because once is not enough. I have NEVER had an experience in a hardware store like the one I just had here. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a friendly smile and a request to offer assistance. When I told the associate what I needed, she told me what aisle it was in and said she'd have another associate meet me there to help. The one she called was about two steps behind me, and he was very helpful, coming up with different ways I might try to do what I needed to do. When I checked out I was even offered a free reusable bag, the kind every other place charges for! I don't live near this store, just happened to be nearby on an errand, but next time I need something they carry I will happily drive those extra miles!”

“Eric treats you like family every time you come in! Products are the cheapest you’ll find in the Baltimore metro area, they are awesome products that get the job done the first time. I used to go to Aramasco for all my products but now I will solely go to Baltimore Janitorial Supply. They are true stand up men and I won’t stand by anybody else. The atmosphere in the store is always good and welcoming if you have any questions the staff will thoroughly breakdown and help you get your answer.I had a grout job first time cleaning grout Eric helped me top to bottom get the right products and the right process to bring home my first successful tile & grout cleaning. “Harbor Freight overall offers high quality tools at excellent prices, and this location in Catonsville is no exception. The parking lot is designed a little weird. And it can be a little tight in the daytime when it's busy. But the employees working here are always very friendly. And I always find the shelves to be well stocked. I've bought a lot of high quality tools and accessories here through the years. Their Avanti paint sprayer is worth every penny and more. Whenever I need a screwdriver set or a socket set Harbor Freight is my go-to location. My only critique is I wish they were open a little later on Sunday”

Next door they have a showroom when day have a great inventoryScrews to expensive piece of equipmentThis is the place where I go when i need safety PPE Tools and anything in-between the customer service is above 5 stars and this goes from Amee from tool repairs to all the guys at the sale desk. All of them are Great.I Only wish they work after 4:30 pm and Saturdays at least half of day sometimes its difficult for us the construction workers to get there before 4:30pmThank you guys!!”
