“One of My best experience at a DXL store, they had more better selection than other stores. This location at Columbia had a really good salesman name Glen. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and patience. Glen even help me find a perfect matching pair of suit pants I've been looking for. They have a treadmill on site for customers to try out with new shoes. Family own, friendly service. They have another location in Skyesville. Price is comparable and you can get points from becoming a member. They also offer military, educator, and first responder discount Shop local , & let's support our local businesses! @winedinenvacay”

“The store here was awesome, The guy that helped us was very nice and helped us very helpfully in ways I couldn’t myself if I worked there, and at the end he gave us a discount for us being nice!, I’ve been skating the shoes i bought form the store and i feel already like I am such a better skater! I got the Vans half cabs witch I’ve heard very good things about the shoes. The shoes are designed perfectly for skateboarding, they have a thick insole, good material, etc and it looks very clean/nice, I’ve been using them for a week now and they still look the same exact way they did when I bought them.”

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”
“Some women's commerces assize 11 and a 1/2. But the customer service sold me. Men's converses and I don't wear men's shoes or Tennis shoes. I am a lady and I wanted a 11 and a 1/2 in ladies.”
“On black Friday parking was utterly insane... I'm fairly sure it's not usually like that. I was passing through the area and needed a few items that I forgot to pack. They had a great selection of items even though it was late in the day on black Friday. I got my items and headed to the check out... It was quick and painless. I purchased my items and got on the road. One of the items I purchased broke on my first time using it. I would have returned the item in store but I live fairly far from here. I contacted the store looking for my receipt that I had lost so I could contact the manufacturer directly to solve my issue. The customer service people at Bass pro were very quick to look up my name and the item proof of purchase I needed. They emailed me proof of my purchase very quickly and we're eager to help if I needed anything else. Really great customer service!”
“This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

“I have had nothing but great experiences at this store over the many years that I've been shopping here. With that said, Tavis somehow went above and beyond all of those experiences this weekend. I felt so awful asking him repeatedly to go hunting for a specific pair of shoes that I wanted but he did it without even an inkling of frustration. When it turned out that they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, he went hunting for it as different stores until they were found. While we waited, we chatted about how much he enjoyed working at Merrell's Outlet Store and how they treated their employees well. He was an absolute pleasure to interact with and I will be looking for him the next time I swing through. Oh yeah...their Jungle Mocs are literally the world's most comfortable shoe and the sales they have on apparel are amazing!”

“Plenty of stylist shoes to choose from. I buy my children's sneakers from here regularly. Try to catch the buy one get one 50 percent off sales they have throughout the year. The only downside is that you can't get the 50 off of a pair of Nikes. I only see sizes go up to 11 in women's shoes.”
“Purchased two pair of boots, Pro Pit Boss 6" soft toe and Boondock 6" composite safety toe waterproof. After 3 months +/- both boots are exactly what I wanted. Best products costs a little more but are well worth the costs! Great customer service.”
