“What a great place for real, true sneaker heads! Anytime I’m in town (usually once or twice a quarter, as I’m in New York) I always prioritize to hop off 95/295 and stop in to Sold Out. Last two visits, I’ve purchased over $700 in kicks.
Great staff, welcoming atmosphere and no hassle shopping experience. If you really have an “eagle eye”, you will find a “steal” or “jewel” in your size.
They were awesome this past ‘Black Friday’, and I was definitely one of the early birds who caught a couple worms! Just showing one!”

“We walked the mall with 17 family members after eating out at Chevy's Mexican Restaurant. We really enjoyed Bass Pro Shops. We had age ranges from infant to Senior Citizens and we all enjoyed our time here. There is so much to see here. There are unique food items like Wild Boar meat sticks. We also got a fabulous pool noodle - very unexpected. There are so many really cool things to look at and to buy.”

“Erika - the manager at Ma Petite Shoe - is an absolute delight. I spent a good 30 minutes perusing the shop when I came in to pick up a special order, and Erika showed me such bespoke-to-my-taste items while being encouraging, but never pushy.

“We were those customers that came in 10 minutes before close... even with that being said, employees were super helpful with finding the shoe we wanted along with still giving us top service during check out process, asking if there was anything else we were looking for even right before closing, not many stores (including ones I've worked at. lol) that don't lose service during the last 10 minutes. “We just did our first shopping at the Skechers store in Columbia Mall, and we had such a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we felt so welcomed. Elena was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout our visit. Her coworker (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) was also friendly and went above and beyond to assist us.
Every store should have employees like these two. Their excellent customer service made our shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. We are very happy with our purchase and truly appreciate all of their help.

“On Saturday, April 18, my daughter and I visited this location, and I must say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a professional and welcoming staff.
We had the pleasure of working with Christiana, and she was absolutely amazing. Her enthusiasm was contagious, and she went above and beyond to help my daughter find two great outfits. What really stood out was how she also took the time to keep my daughter’s goddaughter/niece entertained, allowing my daughter to focus on trying on clothes without distraction.

“The VDB store in Gambrills has the best and most helpful staff. I have BAD feet…it’s very frustrating to try to find shoes that I can comfortably wear. I tried 4 pairs of walking/running shoes before I found shoes that worked. I had to return 3 pairs of shoes. They transferred 2 different pairs from other stores. Each time they were so kind and understanding. I can’t say enough good things about this store and staff. They worked with me each time I came back assisting in finding me another shoe. This is customer service at its best. Thank you! This store will be a go-to store when looking for shoes. Online shopping is great, but sometimes you need brick and mortar stores!!”
“I was looking for a specific shoe and size for my son that was on clearance and the computer said it was in stock. Coby really worked hard to try and find me the size. He got his scanner and found that inventory said there were two in stock and he looked very many places throughout the store trying to find me the shoe. I appreciated all his help and he told me that if I was unable to find it in any other DSW stores I could come in and he would help me place an order.”

“Skechers customer service at Arundel Mills is fantastic. I had to return some shoes that I had gotten online that didn't fit, the manager was very understanding, tried to help me find shoes that would be narrow enough, but my narrow foot is just too narrow for most Skechers shoes. I have previously purchased shoes from the Bob's line of Skechers, they used to be a little more narrow, and I'll try Skechers shoes where people that complain they are too narrow that seem to fit me great, but I didn't have any luck. I still left feeling good because the customer service was so good.”
“Went there today for the first time and I have to say what a great place it is. This is now my new place to get work boots as the prices were very far. I never heard of Iron Age boots before and they are very comfortable. The lady working there today was very nice and very helpful. She also made sure I left happy with my decision. If you have never been here before I highly recommend you check this store out.”

Store was very clean and organized, music wasn't too loud, and I was approached and helped by multiple employees who all gave no pressure while still helping me find shoes in my size. “This store is pretty big and had a wide selection of both men's and women's clothing. They also had shoes and other things like hats. This store has charging stations for phones with multiple different chargers and updated dressing rooms if you are interested in trying on clothing. Super neat and cool store!”

They had almost every shoe she wanted to try in stock, which made the process easy. We spent less than 20 minutes trying on different pairs and testing them out before finding the perfect fit. We could have gone to any shoe store, but we've always had great experiences at Road Runner, and this visit was no exception. Highly recommend!”
