“I liked this Aldi location. Nice, clean store. Wide aisles compared to some I've been to. Plenty of parking. Employees were very kind & helpful. Reasonable prices.”

“Clean - aisles are clear - usually always well stocked- easy checkout with cashier or self-service. Interesting I have noticed that the bank of self scanners is harder to use at the main entrance compared to the other bank of self scanners closer to the pharmacy (it could be me ?)”

“Nice little store. Great find. Love the Jalapeño Charras and the Chipotle Charras. The marinated steak strips were great for fajitas. Tender and tasty. Will definitely be stopping by often.”

“Love food lion. They always have bogo deals and Manager sale prices going on. This is the place to go for all of your food shopping needs. They almost always have a deal on the sodas and different meats. They have an amazing little bakery and deli. They'll also customize cakes here as well. Great store.”

“I been going to this location for 3 years now, and can definitely say that is one of the places with the freshest veggies and fruits. The Queso Fresco has the best prices! Other places have it for almost $7, but Aldi’s is less than $3. Also the people that work there are very friendly and always busy. They work really hard.”

“On this visit like most visits here the prices are unbeatable. On a lot of products they are cheaper than Sam's club, Costco's and most other grocery stores. I learned the hard way?”

4.1 Good172 Reviews

“Great prices on everything they stock. Best price on milk, ANYWHERE! They don't have everything like the big chains, but what they have is priced to move. Usually have good selection of veggies, meats, and seasonal items. Worth a visit if you've never been!”

“Accidentally discovered this mom and pop grocery store while dining at the Ethiopian restaurant next door. They seemed pretty stocked on Turkish goods and various middle eastern snacks but the star of the show is their baklava. OMG this is the best baklava I've ever had in the US. It's life changing good! If nothing else, come here just for the baklava.”

“Great prices on quality products. Some produce should be prepared and frozen or eaten more quickly. I live their brands and have replaced many daily foods with their options.”

“live close to the Giant store and have been shopping there for more than 30 years. I live in Maryland. Lately, the prices are out of control, but the worst thing is the rudeness and lack of care from the young employees in this store. They look annoyed and tired, and they seem bothered if you ask any questions.
The only nice people there are in the bakery department. There is also a kind Asian lady at customer service and a Somalian lady. The rest of the store employees seem like they hate their jobs.
Now I drive 20 minutes to Aldi, and everyone there is helpful and friendly. Maybe Giant management should send their employees there for training so they can learn how to be polite and helpful. Maybe they are unhappy, or maybe they are not treated well by the company.”

“Good for the neighborhood, only thing I would change would be the schedule for open to close. You never know when they feel like opening up. Other than that good service.”

“Great Asian grocery store, finally with Chinese influence…. Lots of variety of fresh vegetables, fruits and Asian item… and love the roast pork and roast duck station in the right… best so far??”

“My husband and I just moved into the neighborhood. We're originally from Texas, so we have really missed some of the foods/spices. It's a very cute little store. It's a little pressed for space, but mostly because they pack the products in. You can get anything from freshly made cookies to freshly cut mango to cane sugar Coca-Cola! I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I'm glad we found this place, and we will be returning!”

“I went to this Shoppers to prepare for the possible upcoming snow storm today and had the best experience. The store was fully stocked. There were workers out and about replenishing shelves that needed it. There were plenty of cashiers, who also helped bag (not always something I get at other local stores, so I consider this a luxury). The store was clean, organized, well stocked, and I left with everything I needed. Kudos! Job well done during a very busy week I'm sure!”

“This is a great addition to the area! it's a clean, well-kept grocery store with lots of options for the basics and a lot of the hard to find Hispanic products. I found my favorite chips from Mexico here ?”

“I love the customer service and since it's a small store if they don't have it they will get it. Also the are very convenient because they are open everyday of the week.”

“This store offers an unmatched selection of produce and the seafood is so fresh that some of it is still swimming. If that weren't enough, their sushi counter offers the freshest and most delicately prepared sushi. If you're in the mood for something hotter, they have a wide selection of freshly prepared noodle soup dishes and tempura. Well worth a stop.”

“It's the only corner store I feel safe going to. The owners and workers is always friendly. I haven't had a bad encounter since I been going there over the past 2 years. It's never nobody just hanging inside the store or in front of the store, that's what I really like.”

“I’ve never been to a Filipino store before but I’ll be going back to this one! They have a lot of interesting items and my favorite were the Ube hopia and the frozen Steamed pork buns. Very mom and pop vibe, super welcoming and cozy in there”

“The fresh produce section is excellent—I can always find what I need, and everything is very fresh. They also have a wide selection of international spices. The deli offers solid options, and the seafood section is high quality and well worth the price.”

3.9 Good12 Reviews

“The prices here are very reasonable, and I appreciate their produce policies. The selection is decent for a store of this size and generally meets expectations.

That said, the professionalism and customer service skills of some employees could definitely improve. A more consistent and welcoming attitude would make the shopping experience much better.

I do really like that they encourage customers to bring their own bags. It’s a great, environmentally friendly initiative that I fully support.”

“This giant is fully stocked When I needed fresh corn from the back, the manger did it graciously and efficiently. Self checkout out is quick and the ladies working there are very friendly and helpful. The minus star is the charity workers harassing me when I entered the store.”

3.7 Good176 Reviews

“Good store with decent stock. I was disappointed to see only two cashiers working and lines past the midline of the store. Probably a good idea to get more cashiers on registers when it’s that busy. Otherwise excellent. Cashier that I finally made it to was very friendly and efficient.”

“This is a small but packed Hispanic supermarket. While large supermarkets might have a single aisle of Hispanic food and drink items, This one is primarily Hispanic items like Jarritos soda (I particularly like their Mandarin orange flavor) or Knorr Caldo de Camaron (shrimp bouillon). It has 2 small seafood and meat counters (see picture ?) as well as a small produce section. One interesting item the store sells are piñatas. It has an office ? where its Hispanic patrons can send money ? to whatever country. Staff are helpful and can speak Spanish. Parking is ample and the location isn't far from on ramps to Maryland-32. Overall, I like ? this store even though I don't shop here very often.”

“Great selection of specialty foods from, no surprise, around the Caspian. My Eastern European family can find the uncommon imported foods and ingredients we need. I bought pickled cabbages, sour cherries, two of five (!) types of eggplant spreads, some spicy pickled veggies. Good stuff.”

“It was 5 am and I accidentally got the wrong headphones that didn’t plug into my phone. I paid, threw away the receipt and opened the box. I realized the headphones were the wrong ones after all this and it was all my fault. I went back to the store and a kind gentleman (bald, glasses, super detail oriented) understood and helped me facilitate a return and exchange for the proper headphones for no charge. His patience and kindness was really amazing. Not to mention he was simultaneously training a new young adult hire and helping the other customers in the store at the same time. I had to run and catch my flight, but I just wanted to give this guy a shoutout”
