“Under the newer management the progress they've been making in clearing out problem tenants and addressing long term maintenence issues is clear. One of the cleaner complexes I've been in across all price points and the maintenance and grounds team is very dedicated and even in heavy snow this past winter made sure the stairs were all salted and they even rented a snow bob to handle it all.
I've had past issues with a neighbor and unfortunately had to throw a bit of a fit to be heard and get help to resolve the issue. But as soon as the situation was clear to management they addressed the issue to my satisfaction and we've renewed. Ask my other neighbors are extremely courteous even though they all keep mostly to themselves.
They also handle unit access considerations extremely well and always are accommodating in doing maintenance when I'm home. Special thanks to Joia, Katie and Reggie for all their continued efforts in making this a great community to live in.

“Nice community. Management provides good customer service. Maintenance handles service calls promptly. Only issue is my neighbors above me. The noise disruption from the neighbors above me is terrible and making me seriously considering moving. I’ve complained too many times for no change. Oh and the pool is a baby pool. Too small to do anything.”

“We just moved my youngest child into Clary's Crossing almost 2 weeks ago. Excellent price in this market. Great location and well maintained property. Our first visit to get an idea about vacancies we met Thelma. She was very friendly and let us know that in the time frame we were looking there would be available units. We gave her our names and searched elsewhere but found nothing as nice. We went back about 2 weeks later and met Bob who had recently been hired. He took us on a tour of several available apartments. We decided on one and got the ball rolling. Every step in the application process Bob was there to make sure paperwork was getting done. They are very thorough in their application process and that was very much appreciated. On move in day we met Thelma and Bob in the leasing office and had the keys in hand in 5 minutes. Again, very smooth and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about our experience.”
“I really like the area and the apt. So clean. Our agent Fatima Brown was very welcoming and pleasant showing us around the area the gym, laundry center very pleasant. We asked about discount for First responders, but they didn't. I love the place.”
“My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.”

“Theres everything you need all in one area. Sit down restaurants, quick food pick up. Boba Teas, pharmacy, salon. The public library and public transportation is here. Housing and a nice new hotel with a venue. Parking garages with security guards and cameras. Right up the hill is the movie theater and just a few steps away is a Costco, Giant grocery store. More places to eat, Sephora a gas station. Nice area with grass and trees around. Looks like living in the country with the convenience of city living. I highly recommend this area!”
“Spent 2.5 years living here. Had to break lease suddenly due to issues w/ roommate and it was a very smooth process. Maintenance was fast and apartments were very nice for the price. Security deposit was returned w/ interest and minimal repair costs.
Apartment building was not perfect by any means (biggest problem was mice, apartment was making active efforts to address this) but staff is very professional and price was hard to beat. Great establishment.”

I may have found my new home at Marion Square, a decision that was influenced by Ms. Wilson's approach. The positive experience I've had at Marion Square has made me reconsider my decision. I usually don't post on these websites for personal reasons, but I decided it was only right I give credit where credit is due.”
“I placed an emergency call because my Refrigerator stopped working with a freezer full of food Mel arrived within 5 mins of me placing the call and determined the appliance indeed had stopped. He offered to replace it right then but I declined stating I had company arriving soon and it would be a mess so instead he said that will surely give him enough time to locate a new one and deliver it first thing Monday Morning. At 9 am the next day he was back and removed the old 1 and gave me a new appliance. I didn’t lose any of my food in these trying days it’s something none of us can afford to do. I would like to thank him and give him 10 stars for his professionalism and promptness my experience in one word was excellent……..Sincerely John Rhymes”

“Beautiful Beautiful Beautiful is what I would describe the process with dealing with Carriage Hill Apartment.The entire staff was beautiful helped me step by step throughout my entire process. I was in a rush to move in little than 5 days and they worked with me and I was in by 3 days tops. A quick shout out to Candice, Miyah, Britney all of them were amazing.
