“My experience at Shade Tree Trace was great thus far. The leasing team was very professional and courteous. They made sure I understood all information that was presented. When I had to call them the answered promptly. When they stated they would call me back for any reason dealing with this process they did just that. So far my experience with them was great. I am well pleased. I hope it will continue when I hopefully become a resident.”

“I placed an emergency call because my Refrigerator stopped working with a freezer full of food Mel arrived within 5 mins of me placing the call and determined the appliance indeed had stopped. He offered to replace it right then but I declined stating I had company arriving soon and it would be a mess so instead he said that will surely give him enough time to locate a new one and deliver it first thing Monday Morning. At 9 am the next day he was back and removed the old 1 and gave me a new appliance. I didn’t lose any of my food in these trying days it’s something none of us can afford to do. I would like to thank him and give him 10 stars for his professionalism and promptness my experience in one word was excellent……..Sincerely John Rhymes”
